聚丙烯网状纤维
POLYPROPYLENE FIBER-MESH
聚丙烯网状纤维又称聚丙烯纤维网，是以聚丙烯为原材料，经特殊的生产工艺制造而成的，其外观为多根纤维单丝相互交联而成的网状结构，经添加功能母料改性和特殊的表面处理技术，使其在混凝土中具有极佳的分散性和良好的亲水性。
With polypropylene as its raw material, this fiber-mesh is produced by special technology. The products appear net-like structure with many fiber monofilaments connected.
当聚丙烯网状纤维投入到混凝土中后，在混凝土搅拌过程中，纤维单丝间的横向联结经混凝土的揉搓和摩擦作用而撕裂，形成纤维单丝或网状结构充分张开，每立方米混凝土中可有700万根以上纤维，其毛糙的撕裂边缘使纤维与混凝土之间有极好的握裹性，从而改善了混凝土的性能。
When the fiber is put into the concrete, the horizontal structure in fiber monofilament can be destroyed in the course of stirring owing to friction and rubbing, and the fiber monofilament or net-like structure will fully stretch, thus the concrete is reinforced by a great number (more than 7 million pieces per cubic meter) of polypropylene fibers.

使用说明 Applying Instruction
长度选择： 一般工程混凝土中聚丙烯网状纤维的长度以20mm为宜。
Length: Generally, the proper length of the fiber added into the concrete is 20mm.
投料搅拌过程：先投入碎石，然后投入纤维，再投入砂子搅拌2分钟，使纤维充分打开，然后投入水泥和水按常规工艺搅拌均匀即可。也可按常规工艺投入顺序施工，但拌和搅拌时间应不少于4分钟，以使纤维充分混合。
Mixing Process: Crushed stones, fibers and sands are out into the mixer in succession. After stirring for two minutes, fiber will fully spread and then add cement and water and stir normally. The addition of materials also can be put into as usual, but the stirring time should be properly prolonged to more 4 minutes to make fiber completely mixed.
成型养护过程：无特殊要求，可酌情延长震实时间30秒左右，抹面时应待混凝土表面稍微钝化后再进行，以免带出纤维，养护仍应按普通混凝土的要求进行。
Shaping ＆ Maintenance: There is no special requirement. May along the vibrating time for 30s.The maintenance of the fiber concrete should be done same as the normal concrete.
包装：常规包装每包0。9KG，可根据用户要求确定规格及包装型式。
Package: 0.9kg per bag, may packed as customer’s requirement.

聚丙烯单丝纤维
POLYPROPYLENE MONOFILAMENT
聚丙烯单丝纤维又称聚丙烯微纤维，及改性聚丙烯纤维，是我公司引进国外先进的喷丝生产技术，通过添加功能母料改性，并经特殊表面处理而成的，掺加到混凝土中后，具有分散性好，亲水性强，与水泥基体的裹握力强等优点。使用于各类水泥混凝土/砂浆工程的防裂增强，尤其适用于建筑物顶层，墙面，地面等水泥工程。
The PP monofilament is also named as PP mini-fiber, is produced by refer-ring foreign advanced technology for fiber-spinning, modified by adding functional additive and special surface-treating. Mixing into cement concrete, it has many advantages such as good dispersing, better water affinity, strong linking force. It is suited to reinforce and crack-resist to every kinds of cement concrete and mortar, specially used in engineering of building surface, floor, wall, etc.

使用说明 Applying Instruction
长度选择：砂浆等细骨料混凝土适用纤维长度12mm以下；粗骨料混凝土使用12mm以上纤维。
Length: for mortar,<12mm; for concrete:>12mm
掺量：一般表面防裂，每立方米水泥混凝土/砂浆掺量不少于0.9KG.
Compounding Amount: for resisting the common cracks on surface, 0.9kg/m3 fibers to cement mortar are enough.
配比及搅拌：不改变水泥，砂石骨料比例，可将水泥，骨料，添加剂及纤维一块加入，并加入水后搅拌，充分混合后即可使用，也可先与水泥及其它骨料干搅均匀后，在施工现场加水搅拌即可使用。
Stirring Requirement: the proportion of cement, sand and aggregate is no need to be changed. Put cement, aggregate, additive and fiber together, then stir after adding enough water and time for stirring can be pro-longed for 2-3 minutes in order to make the compound mix completely. Also it can be mixed even with cement and other aggregates in advance, stirring by adding water at worksite before constructing.

束状绞联聚丙烯纤维 TWISTED BUNDLE PP FIBER
该产品是针对钢纤维而研制的替代品，与钢纤维相比具耐酸碱腐蚀，强度高，容易分散，易施工，对拌合设备无损伤等特点。聚合物粗纤维是以聚丙烯为原材料，通过特殊的并联拉丝和绞联成型工艺及表面处理后加工而成，具有断裂强度高，在混凝土中分散性好，握裹力强的优点，可替代钢纤维用于水泥混凝土的抗裂增强。

使用说明 Applying Instruction
·掺量：抗裂等级要求较高时，建议每立方米混凝土中掺量不低于3KG（体积比0.3%）.一般防裂增强时,可以使用0.8KG,该纤维和0.4KG网状纤维混合使用.
·搅拌工艺:先投入碎石和纤维,再投入砂子搅拌2分钟,使纤维充分打开,然后投入水泥和水常规搅拌均匀即可.也可按照常规工艺投入顺序施工,但拌合搅拌时间应不少于4分钟,适当延长振捣时间,以使纤维充分混合.
·包装:常规包装粗纤维1.0KG/包,也可按照比例和网状纤维混合包装.

波形聚丙烯粗纤维 CURVED PP MACRO FIBER
该纤维是以聚丙烯为原材料，经过特殊的改性和表面成型工艺后加工而成。具有耐酸碱腐蚀，强度高，易分散，易施工，掺加后对车辆，路面无任何损伤，不需特殊养护的优点，可替代钢纤维用于在水泥混凝土中增强防裂，显著改善混凝土的冲击韧性，抗折弯性，并因特殊的截面形状，和混凝土的结合性能好，握裹力强。

使用说明 Applying Instruction
掺量：每立方米混凝土掺加2KG以上
长度选择：一般增强防裂50mm，喷射混凝土中40mm
搅拌机选择：选用双轴卧式强制搅拌机。
成型养护：无特殊要求，可酌情延长震实时间30秒左右，抹面时应待混凝土表面稍微钝化后再进行，以免带出纤维，养护仍应按普通混凝土的要求进行。
包装形式：1KG/包，可根据用户要求分包。

聚酯纤维
POLYESTER FIBER
聚酯纤维是以聚酯（聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯，PET）为主要原料，添加功能母料，通过塑化熔融，挤出，高倍率拉伸后，经特殊表面处理后加工而成，其外观为多根纤维单丝集聚而成的束状结构。
聚酯纤维除具有普通聚合物纤维细度大，强度高，易分散的特点外，还具有突出的稳定性，在-40℃-220℃的温度环境中不脆化，不变形，保持原有的强度。因而可广泛用于掺加到沥青混合料中进行抗裂增强，也可用于高强，喷射混凝土的抗裂防渗。

·对于沥青混合料的抗裂增强
用于高等级公路时，添加量不少于2KG/T 沥青混合料
用于桥面铺装时，磨耗层用量3.5KG/T 沥青混合料;气膜层用量2KG/T 沥青混合料
重型车辆较多时,添加量应提高一个档次.
·配比设计:不改变原沥青混合料的配合比例
·投料与施工工艺:聚酯纤维不必拆开内包装,可根据设计用量直接投入到骨料中,先干搅30秒左右,然后再加入沥青湿拌30秒,使纤维充分散开即可在工地摊铺,无需改变原拌和工艺和碾压工艺,不必增加任何辅助施工设备.
·用于高强和喷射混凝土:
添加量:每立方米混凝土掺加1.5KG 聚酯纤维
混凝土级配:无需改变
施工工艺:将水泥,骨料,添加剂和纤维(应拆袋后投入)一块加入拌和罐,加入水搅拌均匀即可使用,一般应延长搅拌时间1分钟.
·包装:每袋1KG或2KG,可根据用户要求改变包装型式和规格
·储存:应存放于干燥阴凉的库房内,远离火源,露天存放时必须做好防潮,防晒处理.
