主题:鸭血粉丝汤
食材:鸭血200克,绿豆粉丝100克,鸭胗50克,鸭肠50克,香菜、葱、姜适量,食盐、香油、胡椒粉、辣椒油、水适量
做法:
1、将鸭胗与鸭肠等洗净,鸭胗切片,鸭肠切段后加少量食盐腌制去腥约5分钟后用清水洗净备用,鸭血洗净后切块状备用;
2、锅中下入少许油,将鸭杂与姜片倒入锅中煸炒出香味后加入2碗水,煮沸后下入鸭血,再次煮沸后关火备用;
3、另取一锅,烧开水后下入粉丝烫软烫熟后捞出,加入香菜段、葱与姜末,再下入少许食盐、香油、胡椒粉与辣椒油,将煮好的鸭杂鸭血汤慢慢倒入装粉丝的碗中后,即可食用。
