On the basis of securing the profitability of the store, to maximize business capability and customers satisfaction . To create capital and human resources in order to continually improve the quality of life of increasing customers and make it to be the best hypermarket in his commercial area. JOB DESCRIPTION: COMMERCE Ø Being fully responsible for commercial operation of the store, drawing long and mid-term developing projects of the store respecting to the rules and laws issued by the local and state authorities concerning commercial operations as well as Auchan policies and strategy. Ø Offering an larger range of commodities and lower prices to customers in order to bring more customers and higher turnover. Ø Defining commercial project of the store on basis of complete analyses of local market, items and potentiality of the store. Ø Being responsible for the development of the store and ensuring the sustainable increase of turnover and profit. Ø Promoting steadily market shares and capability of competition of the store in his commercial area. MANAGEMENT Ø Implementing Auchan’s basic commercial policies in the store in terms of price, choice, label, hygiene, etc. Ø Establishing and improving all kinds of working procedures and process. Ø Continually searching for the most suitable expense level by utilizing appropriate management tools. Ø Continually improving the level of shopping conditions in terms of comfort, security hygiene and atmosphere/environment. Ø Enhancing and improving the level of service of the store Ø Summarizing and analyzing the business regularly, so as to ameliorate the store operation based on it. Ø Controlling and reducing the wastage, especially unknown markdown. Ø Being responsible for the necessary refit and expanding-construction of the store. HUMAN RESOURCE Ø Building the team, including division managers, section managers and employees; ensuring the quality of recruitment. Ø Practicing and promoting of empowering Ø Supervising store training and team building Ø Controlling personnel expenses, improving the productivity of the store. Ø Developing the potentiality of each employee and promoting internal promotion. Ø Motivating each employee, cultivating creativity, ensuring a good working environment. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP Ø Communicating with the managers and staff in order to maximize business efficiency in the store. Ø Strengthening effective ways of communication in the store. Ø Coordinating the work between buying office and the store. Ø Keeping good communication with different services of the head office and other Auchan stores. Ø Participating actively in local economic and social activities in order to promote Auchan culture. Ø Keeping good relationships with the Institutes of local government. Ø Establishing a partnership with the local community. Ø Maintaining good relationships and communication with the journalism and media. JOB PROFILE: Ø About 35 years old Ø University degree or above Ø At least two-year successful working experience in large retailing business.
