目前，松记拥有含高科技生产车间的厂房面积达四万余平方尺，各类机台设备二百多台以及专业的工程技术人员近百人。尤其，我们最新引进的智能全自动高速精密冲床（每分钟高达800次以上）与研发的一啤多粒的高端生产工艺——钮珠、介子（B、C）件各为一出五，五爪（A、D）件为一出十一，使我们的产能得到猛速的提升：每小时生产单款产品可达到2500罗以上；生产量相当惊人。
Production Capacility
Currently, Songji owned high-tech production shops which cover an area of over 40,000 square meters, various equipment of over 200 units, as well as professional engineering and technical personnel of about 100 people. In particularly, we introduce the latest high-speed intelligent full-automatic precise Punch and develop the more tablets of one high-end beer production technology—which can produce five Studs Sockets(B、C)and eleven claw buttons drop at one time. Thus the output speed is upgraded largely: the highest outputs reach 2000-2500 gross per hour for one single product.
