3. Counter Offer

Thank you so much for your offer, but after we carefully studied, we found your price is too high. We know that your goods are in high quality in comparison with the same items produced in Europe. However, your price is 5%-10% higher. So we do hope you kindly reduce the price approximately 5%, say $7.30/ctn. I believe this concession should be acceptable by you.

Our counter offer

Thank you for your comment, we learnt that our samples are meeting your request and our quality is acceptable by you. But regret to hear that you thought our prices are higher than other countries of the same products. We do hope to co-operate and expand business with your company, but I am really sorry to say that your counter offer can not be accepted. Please trust us though, this is our truthful offer and actually we received many orders from other companies with such competitive price. If you may accept our price at this level, please do not hesitate to inform us since the prices of raw materials are rising constantly. We hope you can make your final decision a.s.a.p. Thanks.
