10.0 Scope
10.0 范围
This Chapter establishes the program to assure that examination, measurement, and test equipment used in fulfillment of the requirements of the applicable Code Section are properly calibrated and maintained within the specified accuracy.
本章规定了各类检测、测量和试验装备的标定程序，保证为完成规范要求所使用的检测、测量和测试设备是经过标定的且按规定的精度保管，符合相应规范卷的要求。
10.1 General
10.1 总则
10.1.1 The Calibration Engineer shall be responsible for calibration of examination, measurement, and test equipments and maintenance of them. Calibration of NDE equipments is the responsibility of NDE Level Ⅲ Personnel.
10.1.1 计量工程师应负责检测、测量和测试设备的标定及维修工作，NDE设备的标定和维修是NDE Ⅲ级人员的责任。
10.1.2 The examination, measurement, and test equipments of XXX are classified into 5 types as shown in Table 10.1.
10.1.2 本公司的各类检测、测量和测试设备分为五类，见表10.1。
10.2 Identification of Examination, Measurement, and Test Equipments
10.2 设备的识别
10.2.1 Each examination, measurement, and test equipment used in fulfillment of the Code requirements shall be identified with an unique identification No., furthermore, it shall be adhered the Calibration Label (Exhibit 10-1).
10.2.1 每个满足规范要求所用的检测、测量和测试设备，应当用唯一的标记号进行标记，并贴上“标定合格标签”（样表10-1）
10.2.2 The type and identification No. and calibration period shall be registered in the Examination, Measurement, and Test Equipments Master List (Exhibit 10-2) by the Calibration Engineer.
10.2.2设备类别和识别号由计量工程师在“检测，测量和测试设备台账”（样表10-2）上登记。
10.3 Calibration Procedure
10.3 标定规程
10.3.1 The Calibration Engineer shall be responsible for providing the applicable Calibration Procedure for each type of examination, measurement, and test equipment, except Calibration Procedure for NDE equipment which shall be prepared by NDE Level Ⅲ Personnel.
10.3.1计量工程师负责提供各类检测，测量和测试设备的计量规程。无损检测设备的计量规程由NDE Ⅲ级人员编制。
10.3.2 The pressure gages used for pressure test of Code Items shall be calibrated against a standard dead-weight tester or a calibrated master gage at least every 6 months or at any time there is reason to believe that they are in error.
10.3.2规范耐压试验使用的压力表最低每隔6个月经标准的重力式压力计或校正好的标准压力计来校准。在任何时候，只要有理由认为压力表有误差，须进行重新标定。
10.3.3 Impact test, if any, will be subcontracted. The Calibration Engineer has the responsibility to ensure that vendor’s impact test procedure and apparatus conform to the applicable paragraph of SA-370 or ISO 148(parts 1, 2 & 3) and temperature measuring instruments used for impact testing shall have been calibrated every six months.
10.3.3如果有冲击试验，将外协。计量工程师有责任保证外协方的冲击试验程序和设备应符合SA-370相应章节和ISO148（parts 1、2、3）的规定。该机上的温度计最低每6个月校准一次。
10.4 Calibration and Record
10.4 标定和记录
10.4.1 The Calibration Engineer shall perform calibration of the examination, measurement, and test equipment except for NDE equipment, against the Standard in accordance with the Calibration Regulation. NDE examination, measurement, and test equipment shall be calibrated by the NDE Level Ⅱ or Ⅲ Personnel. They shall prepare the Calibration Record, which includes the results, procedure number and standard used. The Calibration Record shall be reviewed by the Calibration Engineer (NDE Level Ⅲ Personnel for NDE examination, measurement, and test equipment).
10.4.1计量工程师根据校验规程对照标准表进行各类检测，测量和测试设备的校准（NDE设备除外）。NDE设备由NDE Ⅱ级人员或NDE Ⅲ级人员进行校准。上述人员要提供检定记录，该记录包括检定结果、所用规程号和标准表号。检定记录由计量工程师审核（NDE检测，测量和测试设备的检定记录，由NDEⅢ级人员审核）。
10.4.2 When necessary, calibration will be subcontracted to the external agency. The Calibration Engineer shall make certain that the calibration has traceability. The Calibration Engineer shall be responsible for obtaining and retaining the Calibration Record or Certificate from the external Agency.
10.4.2 如需要，校验将外协至厂外机构，计量工程师应确保校验的可追溯性。并负责向外协机构索取校准记录或合格证书并保存。
10.4.3 The accepted examination, measurement, and test equipment shall be identified with the Calibration Label to show the Identification No. and the due date. The Calibration Label shall be adhered directly to the examination, measurement, and test equipments or its box if it cannot be attached directly.
10.4.3校准合格的检测，测量和测试设备采用计量检定标签识别，并注明设备号和有效日期。该标签可直接粘贴在检测，测量和测试设备上，不便直接粘贴时，也可贴在盒上。
10.4.4 The status of calibration shall be indicated on the Examination, Measurement, and Test Equipment Master List.
10.4.4校准情况应在检测，测量和测试设备台账上指明。
10.5 Maintenance and Recall
10.5 维修和再标定
10.5.1 The Calibration Engineer shall be responsible for maintaining and storing the calibrated examination, measurement, and test equipment and records in proper storage conditions. Upon request, the examination, measurement, and test equipments shall be issued to the Operator or Quality Inspector.
10.5.1计量工程师负责校验合格的检测，测量和测试设备的维护和保管、并妥善保管校验记录。如工作需要，各类检测，测量和测试设备可由操作工或质量检验员专人使用。
10.5.2 Examination, examination, measurement, and test equipments not identified with the Calibration Label shall not be issued or used for examination, measurement and test of the Code Items.
10.5.2 不挂有计量检定合格标签的检测、测量和测试设备，不准下发或用于规范产品的检查、测量和试验。
10.5.3 The Calibration Engineer shall be responsible for recalling and re-calibrating the examination, measurement, and test equipment prior to the due date shown on the Measuring Examination, measurement, and Test Equipments Master List.
10.5.3检测，测量和测试设备台账上某项设备校准期满日期之前，计量工程师负责回收该设备并按期重新校准。
10.6 Discrepant Examination, measurement, and test equipment
10.6 有偏差的设备
10.6.1 When an examination, measurement, or test equipment out-of-calibration is found, its accuracy is suspected, it shall be immediately identified with the Hold Label (Exhibit 6-2), segregated from accepted examination, measurement, and test equipments, and shall be recalibrated.
10.6.1凡发现未经标定的检测，测量和测试设备，其测量精度达不到要求，应立即贴以“停止标签”（样表6-2）标明，并与合格的检查、测量和测试设备隔离，并重新标定。
10.6.2 The operations, examinations, measurements and tests, for which the discrepant examination, measurement, and test equipment is used, shall be treated as nonconformity in accordance with Chapter 6.
10.6.2 操作、检测、测量和测试时，使用有偏差的检测、测量和测试设备的，应按本手册第6章的规定视为不合格项。
10.6.3 All Code Items checked with discrepant examination, measurement, and test equipments shall be treated as nonconforming products.
10.6.3 用有不合格的检测、测量和测试设备检测的所有规范产品都属于不合格项产品。
10.7 All Calibration Procedures and Records shall be made available to the AI for review.
10.7 所有标定规程和记录应提供AI审查。
