Step 1 Review
Give ss the graph about the adverbs of frequency.
Step2: Free talk
Everyone wants to have a happy life. And a happy life usually means you are always in good health. If one wants to keep healthy, he must pay attention to exercise, sleeping and diet. One must do more exercise and have healthy food instead of junk food.
Step3 :Reading
Encourage the ss to guess the meanings of unfamiliar words from the text, then report the results.
Encourage ss have a quick look at the passage and memorize.
Step4: Acting out
Say: Now work in pairs using your real information to make up your own dialogues.
Step5: Pronunciation
(1)Write the following sentences on the board and ask the students to read them: When are you going to the supermarket? What are you going to buy? Who likes vegetables?

(2)Explain to the students we use ‘Wh-’ questions to ask for information. When we ask a ‘Wh-’ question, our voice usually falls at the end of the question.
Work in pairs to ask and answer questions about lifestyle.
