1. 基本格式： 名词+动词过去分词；
上午 08:00 时与驾驶台试车钟，对时。

对主机5号缸进行了吊缸、清洁、检查和测量，对所有活塞进行了换新。
No.5 cylinder of M/E lifted out, checked and measured. All piston tings renewed.
14:24 时锅炉突然熄火。

起动3号发电机装卸货。

2. 时间：用阿拉伯数字上午加 a.m., 下午加 p.m.。如果采用24小时制表示可以不加。
10:20时到达上海港。

19:00时在新加坡港外抛锚等引航员。
19:00 anchoring outside Singapore Port waiting for pilot.
3. 可以使用常见缩写，如 M/E,F.O.等。
燃油从3号双层底舱驳至2号沉淀柜。

4. 关于油水调驳，可以用油水名+ transferred +from +舱位+to+舱位。

5．时钟调节表示方法。
时钟拨快。
