一、 教学内容：Unit3 Language in use.
二、 课型：Listening and speaking
三、 教学目标：
1、能够正确使用下列单词和词组：cough, fever, headache, stomach, ache, stomach ache, toothache, ill, this, since, cold, catch a cold, take sb.’s temperature, fast food, health, take part in sth., well, heart, active, pet, member, , then, daily, weak, exercise
四、 教学重难点：
1. 能正确使用现在完成时与for 和since 引导的时间状语连用的结构，以及读懂关于饮食和运动习惯的短文。（重点）
2. 能够写关于运动习惯的短文。（难点）
五、 教学准备：
本节课型为Revision and application，根据新课标的要求，结合教材和学生特点，主要采用任务型互动式进行教学，结合情景法、交际法、听说法、归纳法等教学方法实施课堂活动，开启学生思维，通过一系列有条理的教学活动，引导学生自主探究学习和与他人互动合作学习，让学生体验愉快学习。本节课所需教具及资料：幻灯、图片、调查表等。

2. While-task(17’)
1. Show the students a picture of my best friend and say: This is my best friend. We have known each other since we came to studied in Huidong Middle School, and we have been good friends for 20 years. How about you? Do you have a good friend? How long have you known each other?
1.Have students listen and try to revise the key sentences they’ve learnt before.
Review and consolidate the verbs and the phrases just learned in the first two units.
2.Free talk:
A: Do you have a bike?
B: Yes, I have.
A: How long had you have it?
B: I have had it for 5 years.
3.Ask the students to finish Activity3 and then help them summarize this: buy---had
borrow---keep

4. Have students finish Activities 4&5, and help them consolidate the language points.
2. Students make the dialogues and share in class with the other students.

4. Do the exercise of Activities 4&5, and remember the language points as well.
Consolidate expressions and main sentence structure that they’ve learned.

1. Have students make a survey to find what exercise they do and the effects.
