December 1st, 2009, the state council affirmed the importance of developing tourism industry and creating new tourism spots, encouraging the development of liner and yachting industry. 2、2010年1月4日国务院发布了《国务院关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》,正式对海南“国际旅游岛”发展目标进行了批复。《意见》中提到积极发展邮轮游艇产业,这也让地方政府发展游艇产业有了底气。 2.
