Module 7 My School Day
一、题材内容
本模块围绕“ 我的一天学校生活”这个话题展开，内容紧密结合初中学生现实的学习、生活。通过本模块的学习,学习时间的表达方式以及实义动词（主语为I， they， we， you）一般现在时的陈述句形式; 要求学生掌握一些与有关科目名称相关的基本词汇,能简单地向他人介绍自己一天学校生活的情况。教学中教师应随时随地以课本为出发点，结合学生本校、本班、 当天的生活实际情况，灵活掌握教学过程，组织教学过程和内容。
教学目标

教学重点和难点
A. 重点：1．如何使用地道的英语介绍自己一天学校生活的情况。礼貌的进行日常对话。
2．时间的表达方式
B. 难点：1. 用在时间和地点前的介词的用法
2．实义动词（主语为I， they， we， you）一般现在时的陈述句形式;
C 突破途径
以话题为核心，通过个人思考、小组及班级活动等不同途径，在听、说、读、写中使单词及句型以不同的形式反复出现，在足够的输入中，达成有效的语言输出。
二．学情分析
通过前面模块的学习，学生掌握了部分发出邀请和建议及回答的句型。本单元则是在此基础上引入时间并涉及到到我的学校生活这个话题上，这是学生很熟悉也是较感兴趣的话题。在教师预设的任务中，引导学生在交际中动态生成，学生有话可说，乐于合作分享。这样就有利于他们更好的运用课本知识，达到提高综合运用语言能力的目的。
三、教学方法
基于课程改革的理念及“第二语言习得论”,培养实现人的可持续发展和人的主体精神的自我完善和发展所必需的能力和素质，运用任务型教学途径，围绕核心任务，设定小任务，开展和谐愉悦的课堂活动，强调兴趣第一的原则,初步设计“P—T—P”自主学习立体模式：pre-task…task-cycle…post-task。
四、教材处理
1.核心任务：能够运用所学句型结构向不同的朋友介绍娱乐活动。三个环节如下：
pre-task：学生联系生活实际，激活背景知识，。
task –cycle：通过整个模块的听说读写的训练，强化“介绍自己一天学校生活的情况。”的表达能力，为完成任务做好铺垫
post-task：达成任务，展示成果，反馈学习情况
2. 教材安排
根据学生学习英语的特点和规律，我们把本模块划分为5课时：

注：教学时应根据学生的学习水平、接受程度及课堂出现的临时状况进行运用、调整及筛选。

Teaching Aims and Demands:
1. Language Knowledge
Key vocabulary: o`clock, talk， half, past, art, chemistry, history, about, what about…, start
Key structure: It is six o`clock.
It is half past six.
What about…? (重点)
2, Listening skill: To understand conversations and to process information of time and school subjects in the listening. (难点)

Bottom –up approach and listening to the tape and do some exercises.
