How to make a cup of tea._ 教学反思（一）、英语有效课堂教学的标志是使学生主动、独立自主地学习，其特征体现在：1、学生积极主动；2、渴望交流；3、want to speak；4、注意语言的形式和语言的意义，注意各种形式的操练、对话，在讲知识的同时注重应用；5、积极参与到学习活动中去，探索好学生是怎么学的，把好学生的学习方法运用到所有学生身上。本堂课根据新课标，结合教材和学生的实际情况，确定教学目标，采用先进的教学方法设计教学过程，教学目标明确、教学思路清晰、重点突出。有效教学充分体现了新课标的理念，主要体现在如下几方面： 1、整节课都采用比赛的方式让学生积极参与课堂，学生学习情绪非常高涨；2、采用了任务型教学法，设置了真实的任务，如让学生讨论如何泡茶，宣传中国茶文化，激发学生学习的兴趣和热情，同时寓思想教育于语言教育；3、充分发挥了小组活动的作用，体现了教师的主导作用和学生的主体地位；4、教师自始至终关注学生情感：设计有挑战性的话题，激发学生学习的热情；适时用激励性的语言赞赏学生，教师贴切的评价既保护了学生的自尊心，又使学生焕发出极大的学习热情，同时营造了一个宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。（二）、不足之处：有个别学生没有完成任务。原因：有些学生懒惰，学习欠自觉；自己在组织教学时，考虑问题欠周到，有些情况的出现没有预料到。 改进措施：用评价的手段去激励和监督学生的学习；安排学习小组长，对各个学生的课堂学习进行评价；老师及时表扬完成了任务的学生。这些改进措施如能实施将使教学更有效。
