Unit 12 You’re supposed to shake hands.
Step 1 Greeting
T: Good morning, boys and girls. Sit down, please.
There are so many teachers here, and I meet them for the first time. How should I greet them?
S1: You should shake hands.
T: Thank you. I think so. I should shake hands. (on the screen) in other words, I am supposed to shake hands. ( on the screen) because in China, when you meet people for the first time ,you are supposed to shake hands. ( on the screen)

T: Do you want to know how to greet people from other countries? This is what we will learn in this class. Unit 12 You are supposed to shake hands.

T: First, go through the studying aims. One minute.
Step 4 Lead in
T: Look at the national flag. Which country?
S1: China.
