SEFCO 低温泵 To secure best performance at very low Suction Head (NPSH), a Preloading Stage is standardwise integrated in every piston-pump cold-end, pressurizing the liquid to a selected level before entering the high pressure chamber. The cold-end is flanged to the crank-case intermediate part (serving as purge chamber) and the piston connected to the drive crosshead by the connection assembly. Most reliable drives of advanced design are used System consisting of the pump driven by a Gearbox-G2 and motor, static frequency converter and electric control box. System consisting of the pump, directly driven by a special motor of proven design for higher speed, static frequency converter and electric control box. This system, where the motor/pump speed is continuously frequency controlled, works only with static frequency converter fed by external/internal current. lt is a more compact system and the pump/motor-unit, without lubricated gearbox, has the highest efficiency and hence lowest current consumption. Besides special high-duty apllications with oil-lubricated crank-drive, the oilfree self-lubricated version mostly applies.
