汇票的无条件支付命令：
（1） pay to A co. two thousand US dollars providing the goods in compliance with sales contract No.123.
（2） pay to A Co. the sum of five thousand sterling pounds on condition that goods have been shipped on board before 23,December.
（3） At sight pay to the order of A Co. the sum of one hundred thousand Japanese Yen drawn against shipment of 20 bales of cottom from Guangzhou to Tokyo.
（4） At 30 days after sight pay to the order of Bank of China the sum of two hundred thousand US dollars drawn under L/C No. 1234 issued by Bank of New York dated on 20th August,2004.
（5） Pay to A Co. one thousand US dollars out of our No.345 account.
（6） Pay to A Co. three thousand US dollars plus interest at 5% from the day hereof to the day of payment.
（7） Pay to A Co. four thousand US dollars by ten installments.
（8） Pay to A Co. five thousand Sterling pounds converted into US dollars equivalent.

汇票的付款期限可以分为两大类，即期付款和远期付款。
1．即期（at sight, on demand, on presentation）付款。即期付款也叫见票即付，提示汇票的当天为付款日，无需承兑。若汇票上无标明付款期限的，也为即期。其有关文句如附式2-2所示：

2．远期（at a determinable future time , time/ usance / term bill）付款。在远期付款方式下，持票人向受票人初次提示汇票时，受票人只对汇票进行承兑（承诺付款），付款行为发生在将来可以确定的时间。
(1)远期付款的规定形式
①见票后若干天(月)付款（bills payable at days/months after sight）。这种汇票须由持票人向受票人提示要求承兑并从承兑日起算确定的付款到期日。这样，出票人就不可能自行确定付款日，付款日期取决受票人承兑汇票的日期。其有关文句如附式2-3所示：

②出票后若干天（月）付款（bills payable at days/months after date）。这种汇票虽然可以直接根据汇票的记载，计算出付款的日期，但为了落实受票人对该汇票的态度和让受票人对到期付款有所准备，持票人还应在到期前向受票人提示要求承兑。其有关文句如附式2-4所示：

③预定日期后若干天（月）付款（bills payable at days/months after stated date）。这种汇票尽管到期日明确，也须提示要求承兑，以明确承兑人的付款责任及让受票人做好付款准备。其有关文句如附式2-5所示：

④板期付款(bills payable on a fixed future date)。在汇票中具体指明付款的年月日，即定期。这种汇票也须提示要求承兑，以明确受票人的付款责任。其有关文句如附式2-6所示：

⑤延期付款(bills payable at days/months after shipment/the date of B/L)。这是指装运日/提单日后若干天（月）付款。虽然对照提单签发日期可以确定汇票的付款时间，但为了落实受票人对付款的态度和让其做好付款准备，还是事先提示受票人承兑为好。汇票上的有关文句如附式2-7所示：
