Mr. Tie, Sarah, dear fellows, ladies and gentlemen :
Good afternoon!
On behalf of the teachers in No.2 Middle school, I am greatly honored and pleased to express my feeling about this English traing here. It’s my pleasure to share my ideas with you this afternoon.
As we know, this English traing is very helpful for us, especially for our teaching in the future. During these weeks, we have learnt a lot from Sarah and other teachers. I still remember “Our students are not babies, they can finish the work by themselves. We need to believe them.” “Playing games and warming up are not waste of the time. Students are learning as long as they speak…” All of these are from my training teacher Sarah. She brought a lot of new things for us besides above. She shared her ideas and methods about teaching with us. In Sarah’s class, we communicated with each other, changed our opinions and even play games. We learnt a lot of teaching methods that we can use in our classes in the future. Thank you, Sarah ! Thank you for giving us so much. You are really lovely and easy-going. You look exactly the type an English teacher should be. What’s more, you are so trustable that I have learned what I need from you during these three weeks.
Today, I also want to say “ Thank you ” to the leaders who organized this English training. With their hard-working, we can have a chance to express, to communicate, to learn from our fellows. There is no doubt that you will help us do well in our teaching career. You will bring us latest and largest progress in our teaching road.
With a large number of participants, we are sure that this training will be a memorable, highly educational and “not-to-be-missed” event. We hope that this training will help us better understand the methods of teaching English and the meaning of education. We truly value your participation and support for this training.
