教学目标
1、语言知识目标:(1)语法:be going to 的意义与运用
(2)词汇:walk up,look forward to,do some
sightseeing go sight etc.
2、语言技能目标:(1)听:听懂包含计划的段落
(2)说:进一步巩固学习be going to + v并能描述他人的计划、打算。
(3)读:能读懂包含计划,安排的短文,并判断文中人物的计划安排。
(4)写:能写出表达计划、打算的原因状语从句。
教学重点
1、 Learn some new words and phrases.
2、 Master the reading material about describing personal plans.
3、 Learn to express why we do a thing ,using “ because”.
教学难点
To improve the reading and writing abilities.
学情分析
整体的英语水平参差不齐, 普遍学习不够积极不够主动,极度依赖老师的讲解;对于基础知识,同学们普遍掌握的不够扎实,对关于发表自己的意见与观点的能力就更差了;个别同学上课的时候注意力不能长时间集中,很容易分心,对于老师的问题一问三不知。

1、Look at some pictures and ask the Ss.Review the sentences that we have studied in Unit 1.
2、Write these sentence patterns on the blackboard.
I’ll talk about my birthday.Suppose that my birthday is coming.So I’ll ask the students some questions.
T:My birthday is coming .I’m going to have a birthday party. I’m looking forward to eating a birthday cake.What’re you looking forward to… ?
Look at the three photos first and ask them what they can see.
1、Play the tape or video for the students and get them to read.
2、Ask the Ss to finish the table in Activity 2.
3、Have the Ss finish Activity 3.
1、Ask the students to do Activity 4 individually then check with a partner.
2、Collect the answers from the class .
3、Have the Ss do Activity 4.
Make the Ss summarize the language points.
1、Choose the best answer.
2、Retell the text with the correct form of the words.(复述课文,首字母已给出)
Ask and answer the questions,then write according to the example.
Show the Homework to the Ss.
Talk about their plans for the weekend .They can work in groups of four and do the activity like this example.
