☺ Kally loves dressing up. In 13 years’ time, Kally will be tall and slim. She will be 170

1. What will I be?
▲一般现在将来时：
(1) 构成：肯定：will / shall + 动词原形
否定：will / shall not + 动词原形 (或：won’t / shan’t + 动词原形)
疑问：Will / Shall + 主语 + 动词原形？
[注]：shall 只用于第一人称主语I 或we.
(2) 用法：表示将来某个时间要发生的动作或存在的状态或将来经常或反复发生的动作。
常与表示将来的时间状语连用，如：tomorrow, next week, next year等。
☉I will go to my hometown next week.
☉We will come to see you next Sunday.
(3) 注意点：
① 一般现在时可以表示将来：______________________________________________.

③ be going to:
A: 基本含义是“打算做某事”，常是事先考虑好的，时间上可能是最近的将来，可能是较远的将来。

B:有时还可以表示非说话人能控制得住的即将发生的动作或情况，如自然现象、事态的发展等。
☉The sky looks so grey. I think it’s going to snow.

☉Look! The car is going to fall into the river.
2. She wants to know what she will be like when she is 25.
▲want –vt: ①要, 想; 希望 ②征求; 招聘; 通缉 ③缺少, 没有, 不足
☉I want you to think it over. 我希望你仔细考虑一下。
☉He said he wanted a few words with me. 他说他要和我说几句话。
☉That sort of work wants a lot of patience. 做这样工作需要很大的耐心。
☉It wants five minutes to three. 现在是差五分三点钟。
☉It wants 4 inches of 3 feet. 三英尺差四英寸。

▲need –verb: 意为“需要”。
①在英式英语中，need可以做情态动词，也可以作实意动词。作情态动词主要用于疑问句
和否定句。
②在美式英语中，need不作情态动词。
