教学过程设计
Step 1 Revision
Revise some action or some verb phrases.
What do you like doing?
Revise these verb phrases:
swim, read, sing, play football, play games and so on.
Ask students to add an ‘s’ to the verb.
live eat play fly miss
catch walk dance take
Revise positive and negative sentences in the Simple Present Tense with different subjects;
Revise like this orally:
SA:I do my housework in the evening.
I don’t watch TV in the evening.
S B: She does her homework in the evening.
She doesn’t watch TV.
Step 2.Practise (Part C)
Millie’s penfriend.
1. Do you have a penfriend?
Millie’s penfriend e-mailed her some pictures of his family. Do you know who the penfriend is?
2 Let Ss read the letter to try to find the answer.(Raymond).
3.Let Ss complete the sentences with the correct forms of the verbs.
Step 3.Simple Present Tense of the verb “to be”.
1. Positive and negative sentences with “to be” in the Simple Present Tense.
Ask Ss make sentences orally like this:
T: I am a teacher.
S1: I am a student. I am not a teacher.
S2: S1 is a student. He isn’t a teacher.
S3: S1 and S2 are students.
We are students. We aren’t teachers.
2. Let them see the table.
Complete the sentences. Use the simple present tense of the verbs in brackets
1. My father_______(listen) to the radio every day.
2. He often _______(wash) clothes with his hands.
3. We______(take) Eddie for a walk after supper.
4. Mike_______ (study) in a middle school.
5. Simon ______ (pass) the ball to Daniel.
6. Miss Li_______ (teach) us Chinese.
7. Look at the animal, it ____ (have) four legs.
8. Uncle Wang (fix 修理) bikes for people every day.
9. He (stay) at home every Sunday.
10.The boy with his parents (go) to the park after supper.
Step 4 Doing homework
1. Revise the simple present tense.
2. Do some more consolidation exercises.
