Learning from US

China has so large amount of population, why is there so fewer world famous scientist or economist than America? The reason lays in our education system so we should learn from US in this aspect.
In basic education we should learn from US that teachers shouldn’t give their students so much homework and encourage them to have independent thinking ability. Besides, the standard to evaluate students ought to diverse instead of merely their grades. Moreover, cram schools should be replaced by free time to get close to the nature and feel it to inspire their curiosity instead of sitting in the classroom just listening to the teacher analyzing the boring math problems. In addition, we should learn from America the spirit of innovation and skepticism. Our critical spirit was suppressed by the education system. Thus, students in China just believe authority instead of sticking their own opinions. However, in America students can challenge the world famous professor as long as he has his own understanding. So that may be the reason why most of the achievers of Nobel Praise are Americans while Chinese seldom have the honor.
To make our country stronger, we should take the advantages of America and abandon its disadvantages. Only in this way can our nation stand tall among all the nations.
