In 25 years of teaching teenagers between the ages of 13 to 18, up to now, I have had little experience teaching younger students. Working with Joy has changed all that. Now, many of my classes are with young students. Of course, this is a new challenge because teaching young students is very different to the style of teaching needed to teach teenagers. The main surprise for me is that I have found that I enjoy it. I enjoy the pleasure of teaching highly motivated and intelligent children. I am also surprised how quickly they have accepted, trusted and liked the new foreign teacher in their classroom.
