As an old saying goes, “Life is not always what you think.” In our daily life, for different reasons, different people would meet varieties of troubles, which may enable them depressed. For example, we may make a mistake during work-time, or lose something of importance.
At the same time, different people have his or her individual way to deal with it and cheer up themselves. Take some for instance; some people might eat a feast to relieve himself, some others may sing a song loudly and so on.
As for me, when I met the trouble and feel depressed, mostly I would talk to my friends, then at that moment, they would say something to comfort me. Some times I would go and see a film, which would help me to forget those annoy things. Some other way I’d take is doing sports and so on. These can help me get rid of it quickly.
