TSIC.NKK Offshore Engineering & Services Co., LTD and Tianjin Haogang Mechanical Engineering Co., LTD(CTN) is a sino-Japanese joint venture invested by Tianjin Shipbuilding Industry Company(TSIC), Nippon Kokan(NKK) and Marubeni Corporation(MARUBENI). TSIC.NKK Offshore Engineering & Services Co., LTD founded in July, is the first joint venture which registered in Tianjin Development Zone. Because of the need of the development, Tianjin Haogang Mechanical Engineering Co., LTD registered in Tanggu Marine Hi-Tech Development Zone Tianjin China in March 1999.
Business Scope: maritime engineering, ship repairing, harbour machinery, manufacturing of heavy steel and light steel structures for construction, warehouses, steal-structured autoparking system, outfitting items, navigation marks, machinery production lines, various of marine and land steel structures and relevant services.
Personnel: the total number of employees is 308, including ,Bachelor’s degree: 28 , junior college degree:39, technical school degree:54, senior technical staff :8 ,intermidiate technical staff :5, All welders hold CCS or DNV certificates as well as possessing technical capability of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum material processing.
The company covers a production area of 20000㎡,a production workshop area of 6300 ㎡ .The other large production area and workshop area which belong to our close cooperation partner can be used. Our maximum lifting capacity is 32 tons, and we possess the production capacity of 500tons outfittings for ship and 2000 tons steel structure per month. We passed DNV and ISO9001:2000 for outfitting pieces and steel structure fabrication. We have produced 16000 tons outfitting pieces since 1994, 95% of which have been exported to Japan and Korea, and we have produced 15000tons steel building structure for foreign investment enterprises such as American Butler , Canada Davey Steel-structure Corporation and so on. We are appointed fixed-point producer by Butler,because our quality management systerm meets Butler’s product quality requirements. During the wharf building in Huanghua port, CTN produced equipments 4600tons totally for Shenhua Group ,including 1.28kilometers belt conveyor. And Zhonggang head office awarded CTN a unit of ‘fine quality, cordial service’ during the wharf systerm expanding project in Rizhao port.
