I have noted down the following points in yesterday’s meeting:

1. We have agreed that the project will span on 14 months and the user requested us to give him the system plan next week.

2. The user requested us to give him the resume of all of our team members next
week.

3. User has mentioned the network cabling, telephone setting, air-conditioning and
the layout of the room that we will sit in.

- There is only one telephone that we should share to use.

- We have suggested to install one data line for fax. Only fax in but no fax
out data line can be installed in the room.

- The user has mentioned some of the details on network cabling.
(Sorry I have not noted down the details on this topic. I think you can ask Jason.)

- Anthony has suggested to use a wireless router on his room to provide network communication for our computers inside our room.
(In this point, I have only heard of from Federick and should be clarified)

4. The user preferred to use the British-styled date format of DD/MM/YY for future
communication.

5. The user has mentioned the virtualization on the servers and the use of the VMware. They asked us to clarify this on the system plan.

6. Currently the user is using IPSec on the gateway for the encryption of the
applications on HA. The user has pointed out that there will be some
changes on the way for security on DH – we need to find out. The user has also mentioned the option on the use of VPN.
