1 概述Outline
1.1 本技术规格书是用中文和英文书写，若有矛盾，以中文为准。
The agreement is written in Chinese and English, the Chinese version is the standard if any contradiction.
1.2 本协议为合同附件，是合同组成部分。
The agreement is the annex to the contract, and it is an impartible part of the contract.
1.3 待合同签定生效后，本协议方能生效。
The agreement will go into force after the contract signed and take effect.
1.4 本协议一式 3 份，需方 1 份，供方 1 份,设计 1 份。
The total of the agreement is 3 copies which are in uniformity, the Buyer takes 1 copies, the Seller takes 1 copies, The Designer takes 1 copies。
2 环境条件和技术要求Environment and technical requirements
2.1 分离机在下列环境条件下应能正常工作：
The separator runs normally under the conditions of the followings:
2.1.1 使用环境温度不高于50℃
The temperature is not more than 50℃.
2.1.2 使用相对湿度不大于95%
The relative humidity is not more than 95%.
2.1.3 横摇 ±22.5°（10-12s） 纵摇 ±7.5°（10-12s）
Rolling ±22.5°（10-12s） Pitching ±7.5° （10-12s）
横倾 ±15° 纵倾 ±5°
Transverse inclination ±15° Longitudinal inclination ±5°
2.1.4 使用环境有盐雾、霉菌；
With salt spray/mist, oil mist or fungus.
2.2 技术要求
Technical requirements
2.2.1 分离机应符合GB/T5745-2002《船用碟式分离机》的规定。
The separator should be in accordance with the regulations of 《GB/T5745-2002 Marine Disc Separator》
2.2.2 产品应符合《钢质海船入级与建造规范》（最新）及修改通报。
The separator should be in accordance with 《Regulation of Steel Quality Marine Entry Class and Manufacture》(The newest) and its revisions.
2.2.3 备件及专用工具按制造厂标准提供。
The spare parts and special tools are provided in accordance with the standard of manufacturer.
2.2.4 所有阀件附件接头均采用GB、CB标准。
All joints of the accessories to valve parts are in accordance with the standard of GB and CB
2.2.5 计量单位采用中华人民共和国法定计量单位。
The measurement is in accordance with Chinese legal standard.
2.2.6 铭牌均采用铜质、中英文 、蚀刻法。
The nameplate is copper quality, with Chinese—English, version by etching.

功能描述：程序控制，中英文操作界面，具有运行累积，全自动控制，也可手动操作，面板设定参数，实时显示设备运行状况。具有高低温、高低压、电机过载、油泵过载。报警后自动切换油路。
Function: program control, Chine-English version of operation panel, running accumulation, full automatic control, and also it can be operated by manual to set the panel datum displaying the equipment running status. With the alarming of high or low temperature, high or low pressure, motor overloading, oil pump overloading . After alarming, the oil way is changed automatically.

5 需保证的工作条件：Necessary working conditions:
水： 硬度不得高于10°dH 6≤PH值≤ 7.5 如采用高置水箱，高置水箱进水水压0.2MPa≤压力≤0.6MPa ，如不用高置水箱，水压0.02MPa≤压力≤0.04MPa ，操作水温度常温，水封水尽量接近物料温度。
Water: The rigidity is not more than 10°dH 6≤PH值≤ 7.5, if the overhead water tank is adopted, the water pressure from the tank is 0.2MPa≤pressure≤0.6MPa, if the water tank is not adopted, then it is: Water pressure 0.02MPa≤Pressure≤0.04MPa, the temperature of the operation water is normal, the temperature of the water sealing water should be close the that of the material.
压缩空气：0.5MPa-1MPa，清洁干燥、不含有明显腐蚀性杂质，气体中固体颗粒小于0.1g/m3，颗粒直径小于3um，含油量小于1X10-6。
Compressed air: 0.5MPa-1MPa ，cleaning and dry, without any corrosive impurities, the particle in the compressed air should be smaller than 0.1g/m3 , the diameter should be smaller than 3um,and the oil content of the compressed air should be less than 1X10-6

7验收与交货Checking and dispatching
7.1 产品出厂试验项目和试验方法按GB/T5745的规定进行。
The testing items and ways before ex-works should be in accordance with the regulations of GB/T5745.
7.2 产品须经检验合格后出厂。
The products should leave works after checking and approving.
7.3 产品出厂前，设备厂邀请船厂和船东派员参加设备的验收。
8 质量保证和售后服务Quality guarantee and after-sales services
8.1 质量保证期为交船后12个月。
The quality guarantee time limit is in 12 months after delivery of ship.
8.2 质量保证期内，由于制造质量造成的零件损坏或故障，卖方负责免费维修或更换。
During the quality guarantee time limit, if any damage or trouble of parts resulted from quality problem, the seller should repair or change the parts free of charge.
8.3 船厂设备调试期间，卖方派员免费服务一次，完成调试并配合船厂交船。
During the shipyard commissioning equipments, the seller should assign persons to assist the buyer completing the commissioning once freely.
9 其他未尽事宜，双方友好协商解决
If any other requirement, it can be negotiated by the buyer and the seller friendly.
