IMMUNIZATION POLICY

Arizona State University Policy –SSM 106-01 requires all incoming and continuing ASU students to submit proof of two doses of MMR- Measles (Rubeola), Mumps and Rubella (German measles) or a positive lab test showing immunity to RUBEOLA. This is a mandatory requirement for all college students born on or after January 1, 1957.
You will not be permitted to register, add, or drop classes without having met this requirement. All documentation sent in must be in English. If you cannot locate your documentation the MMR vaccinations and lab test are available for a minimal fee at any of the ASU Health Services locations.
After 2 business days you may confirm that your proof has been received by logging into “MYASU” and looking in your “My Tasks”. If it does not say MMR you have been cleared.

One of the following may be used as documentation:
· Proof of having two MMR vaccinations at least 28 days apart and at least one of the shots must have been given after 1979.
· A positive lab test showing immunity to RUBEOLA IgG (Measles = Hard Measles / 10 Day Measles).
