姚明生长环境的研究.doc

对姚明成长过程的探析

摘  要：采用文献资料和访问调查等方法对姚明的体型特征和身高变化特点、各年龄阶段参加比赛机会和技术变化情况以及多年训练过程的结构特点进行研究，总结其成长规律，以对未来高大中锋的选材和培养提供实例借鉴和理论依据。姚明身体发育属于正常发育，发育较晚，发育时间长，目前体型特征基本达到世界优秀中锋的体型标准。姚明启蒙训练时间早，基础训练时间长，目前技术状况仍处于上升阶段，其奥运成才期符合世界优秀运动员的成才周期。

Study on the Growth Progress of YAO Ming

Abstract: Through the methods of documentation, interview and etc., this paper researches on YAO Ming's body feature, his transformation of stature, the change of formal match, his transformation of the skill levels in every age and training structure of years, and sums up his growing law. The purpose of this paper is to provide the theoretical guide as well as the evidence of instance for selecting and training future centers. The results show that the age of his growth is later and his duration of growth is longer. YAO Ming's present skill level is in the fast going-up period. His age of initiative basketball training is earlier and his lasting time of basic training is longer. And his Olympic period comes up to the circle of excellent basketball athletes in the world.
