According to the graph, we can see that the divorce rates in china are on a sharp increase in recent years. The divorce rate in 1996 is almost twice as much as that in 1986.
Why are the divorce rates rising so rapidly? As far as I can see, there are a variety of reasons. As the economics are developing more and more fast, people’s living standard has changed so much that they even want more changes in their life. Also, people’s attitude towards life and happiness also have taken a great change. Thus, the couples will fall apart for their different attitude towards life. Maybe this is the most significant reason why the divorce rates keep so high in recent years.
For the couples, they will have to devote more to keep the marriage longer and healthier, especially when the society around us is changing so fast. The better you adapt to society, the healthier your marriage will be.

For recently years, divorce rates have rised quickly in China. More and more parent’s are not in one family. It has been a serious social and education problem. For example, in 1956, the divorce rates, were about 1 percent. For about 20 years, they would be twice about the divorce rates. In 1996, the divorce rates had risen to 9 percents. Many families were not complete in those years.
There are many reasons for the rising divorce rates in China. First of all, many young persons have more oportunities to comunicate with others. If they find a better man or woman, they may change their choices before. Secondly, in poor circumstance, people have to feed themselves. They have to help each other, so husband and wife have become part of the family. They can’t live without the other. At last, the divorce rates rise these years in China because the freedom of laws. It becomes easier to divorce.
In my opinion. Everyone should consider the whole family before they do something. Parents should care more about their children. Moreover, government should take actions to reduce the divorce rates.
