2月10日，区党政给我们2队下达了一项艰巨而又光荣的任务整修南三煤仓，南三煤仓仓壁脱落，直接影响着南三3个掘进工作面和一个采区工作面的正常生产，如果南三煤仓不及时整修，那么我们九龙矿下半年采区就没有工作面，今年140万吨原煤生产奋斗目标就成为泡影。接到任务后我和同区长调查了地区，看到当时塌方的情景，心中非常害怕和恐惧，认为安全没有保证，又很难施工，感到任务艰巨、困难重重，区党政命令我们二队去整修，我无条件的接受了任务，接受任务后一晚上没有合眼，翻来复去就是睡不着，经过一晚上的思想斗争和构思，基本上拟定了一个比较完善的施工方案。施工开始了我连续12天落点和工人同下同上同干活，下班后时常惦记着南三煤仓，就连晚上做梦也是在南三煤仓，时常考虑员工的安全和施工程序，我认为区党政既然把这次艰巨的任务交给我，我就要鼓足干劲，安安全全完成任务。对此，我向区党政表态如下：
一是精心组织、合理安排。首先是精心组织，我根据全队每位员工的特点，合理分成三个班，做到既保证生产用人，又不浪费劳动力，既要保证完成任务又要保证安全生产；其次是落实任务，这次整修工作时间紧、任务重，为了保质、保量、按时完成

二是严细管理、确保安全。针对南三煤仓整修工作安全系数低、难度大等诸多困难，首先要保证安全，我作为队长是安全生产的第一责任人，在施工过程中做到“三先三再”，先考虑安全生产，再指挥生产；先排查安全隐患，再安排生产；先落实安全重点，再落实生产任务。同时要求员工必须做到“三先三后”，先精神饱满，后考勤上班；先熟知规程，后上岗作业；先安全确认，后开始工作；其次全队员工要集思广益，人人献计个个献策，发挥各自的聪明才智破解工作上的难题，采取有效的措施，为南三煤仓整修任务扫清障碍，为任务完成铺平道路；再次要保证工程质量，严格按照措施施工，严把施工中的每道工序，全队员工要上标准岗、干标准活、干放心活，确保工程质量月月合格。

今年以来，我镇经济发展势头良好， 1-9月份规模以上工业产值完成5.11亿元，完成年计划6.5亿元的78.64%；固定资产投资完成2.26亿元，完成年计划2.98亿元的75.69%；财政收入实现3.2亿元，完成年计划4.9亿元的65.61%，其中：地税收入1.63亿元，完成年计划的79.73%，国税收入实现1.59亿元，完成年计划的55.71%，比去年同期减收1494万元,主要是出口型企业如等企业的调库指标（约5000万元）没足额调库到位，造成财政收入未能按序时完成。
为确保完成全年经济目标，下一步，我镇将认真学习贯彻市第六次党代会、区第三次党代会精神，围绕区委、区政府紧盯“六个百”，主抓“六个六”，实现“六领先”的工作目标，决战七十天，大力推进项目征迁和服务工作，确保实现全年工作任务。
一、确保完成全年目标
围绕全年目标任务，细化分解，全年规模以上工业产值任务可按序时完成。固投方面，派专门小组跟踪服务#区建
