3. TEST METHOD
测试方法
3.1 - Salt Spray (CNS、C6014、NFC93461§3.4.6):
盐雾测试 (按标准CNS\C6014\ NFC93461§3.4.6):
Test requirements:
测试要求:
1) Sample size: 4pcs at least
试样数:至少4pcs零件
2) Test time: 96 hours
测试时间:96小时
3)Temperature: 35±2℃
测试温度:35±2℃
4)Saline solution with a concentration of 5% NaCl in weight
盐溶液浓度为5%NaCl
5)PH value of saline solution: 6.5~7.2
盐溶液PH值在6.5~7.2间
6)Every 24 hours, please check the samples surface if there are changes, and record the result in the report
每24小时,观察样品的表面是否有变化,并记录在报告中
7)At the end of test, samples shall be rinsed 5 minutes with demineralized water and placed in oven at 100±2℃ during 1 hour minimum. Then they shall be exposed for 1 hour at room temperature
测试完后,样品用软化水清洗5分钟后,置于100±2℃烘箱中最小1小时,然后取出在室温下放置至少1小时

There shall be no damage or fall off from plating surface of metallic parts tested

3.2 - Damp heat (IEC 998-1-12/13、NFF 61017):
耐湿热性测试 (按标准IEC 998-1-12/13、NFF 61017):
Test requirements:

1) Sample size: 4pcs at least
试样数:至少4pcs零件
2) Samples should be placed in oven for 96 hours with:
-Temperature: 55±2℃
-Humidity: 95%
试样放置于55±2℃、95%湿度的恒温恒湿箱中96小时
3)After test, samples should be exposed at room temperature for 4 hours:
测试完后,试样置于室温中4小时

Check the surface, it should be no damage
检查外观,不得有损坏
3.3 - Rapid temperature variations (NFF 61017 §13.4.6):
快速温度变化测试 (按标准NFF 61017 §13.4.6)
Test requirements:
测试要求:
1) Sample size: 4pcs at least
试样数:至少4pcs零件
2)Samples shall be placed for 1 hour at -40±3℃
将试样置于-40±3℃环境中1小时
3)Take out the samples and then place them at 100±3℃ within 1 minute
取出试样然后在1分钟内置于100±3℃中
4)Samples should be passed 5 cycles of test
试样需通过5个循环测试

After testing, samples should be exposed at room temperature for 4 hours:

3.4 - Torque force(IEC 998-2、IEC947-7)
扭力测试(按标准IEC 998-2、IEC947-7)
Test requirements:
测试要求:
1) Sample size: 4pcs at least
试样数:至少4pcs零件
2)Using the torque of 9kg.cm to tighten the screw, then loosen it. Samples should be passed 5 cycles of test.
用9kg.cm扭力拧紧螺丝,然后松开,循环5次
Sanction:
判定:
After testing, the thread can’t be stripped and the head of screw can’t be damaged
测试完后,螺牙不能滑牙、螺丝头不能有打花现象
3.5 - Withstanding voltage (IEC998-2-1§13)
耐压测试(按标准IEC998-2-1§13)
Test requirements:
测试要求:
1)Sample size: 3cs final parts at least
试样数:至少3cs成品
2) Do the Damp Heat test as per 3.2
按照3.2进行耐湿热性测试
3)The Withstand voltage is AC 3000V and the frequency is from 45 to 60Hz, the leakage current is ≦0.5mA
耐压测试电压为交流(AC)3000伏,频率为45Hz~60Hz, 漏电流0.5mA
4)At the beginning, charge the samples with less than a half of test voltage, then rapidly increase it to the test voltage and keep the time 1 minute
首先,以不到一半的测试电压施加,然后迅速增加到测试电压值,保持一分钟

There shall be no flash-over or breakdown, the leakage current shall be measured and reported on test review
不得有闪光或塑胶被击穿,测量漏电流并记录与报告中
3.6 - Temperature rise (IEC998-1§15 \ IEC947-7-1§8.3.3 \UL1059 §10)
温升测试(按标准IEC998-1§15 \ IEC947-7-1§8.3.3 \UL1059 §10)
Test requirements:
测试要求:
1)Sample size: 3cs final parts at least
试样数:至少3cs成品
2) Link all blocks of each sample together by Single Lead-wire with FEMALE PRE-INSULATING JOINT, the wire should be drooping. Lead-wire spec. and test current, please see Figure 2
将所有端子台用配有母预绝缘接头的单芯线串联,导线自由垂落,导线规格、测试电流见表2

3)The test is to be conducted in a nominal 25℃ ambient. Temperatures are to be changed less than 1℃ when three successive readings at 15 minute intervals indicate that stable conditions have been reached, so we can record actual temperature value at this time
测试环境温度为25℃. 当连续3次间隔15分钟的温度变化在1℃范围内时,说明已达稳定状态, 可记录此时的温升值

Temperature rise on Contacts should be ≦45°C; Temperature rise on plastic which nearly to Contact should be ≦30°C
端子导体部分温升值不可超过45°C; 靠近端子导体部分的塑胶温升不可超过30°C
- Vibration (JIS C2811-1995)
振动测试 (按标准JIS C2811-1995)
Test requirements:
测试要求:
1)Moor the rail and then tighten the Ring-terminal into the terminal block using torque force of figure 3
将导轨固定,使用表3中的扭力将环形接线端子锁紧于端子排上
1) The frequency and swing are listed in figure 4
频率和振幅如表4所示

3)The vibration direction is up and down, left and right, front and back , and keep the vibration 2 hours at least
振动方向为上下左右前后,施振至少2小时

The components on the rail can’t be loosed and can’t be damaged
导轨上部件的不得有松动,试样不能有破损
