Unit2 Sam had lots of chocolate biscuits
一、学习目标
1. 知识目标：
a. 单词学习，能听，说，认读stomachache, cold, headache, fever, had, 并能书写 cold。
b. 学习并口头运用have got 表达得了什么疾病,“He’s got a stomachache”.
2. 能力目标：
能谈论事情的起因和结果，谈论疾病，同时在课文的教学中培养学生的阅读能力，从而提高他们的综合语言运用能力。
3. 情感目标：
让学生通过运用语言来完成学习任务，感受成功，从而引发和培养学生学习英语的内在动机，最终使他们形成英语学习的积极态度。

1. 会读新单词：stomachache, cold, headache, fever, had
2. 能自己朗读课文
三、导学案
Step 1 Review
Ask some students to act out some actions.
Then other students try to speak out the answers.（went for a bike ride/was hungry and thirsty/ bought a watermelon…）
Step 2 Presentation
1. 单词学习
（1）单词卡片或模仿动作教授单词：headache、stomachache、cold、fever.
（2）Game:看动作猜单词。
（3）Chant: headache，headache, I’ve got a headache; Cold, cold, I have got a cold; Stomachache, stomachache, I’ve got a stomachache; Fever, fever I’ve got a fever.
2. 课文教学
导入语：T: Today Sam, Daming, Amy and Lingling were feeling bad. What’s wrong with Sam, Daming, Amy and Lingling? Let’s see what happened to them.
（1）Listen to the tap and underline the new words
（2）听录音，填表格（work in groups）

（3）Read the poem together and do the actions

Game: “act and say”
一名同学上来抽一张疾病的卡片，并表演出来，下面的同学猜he’s/she’s got…………,猜对之后，这名同学说出自己得病的原因。I had…..
四、课堂检测
Game: role play（话剧表演）
一个表演医生，一个表演病人，用 I’ve got ……向医生讲述自己的病症，医生询问：What did you have yesterday? 病人使用：I had …… yesterday 回答。
Patient: I’ve got a toothache.
Doctor: What did you have yesterday?
Patient: I had lots of sweets yesterday.
五、课后作业
1. 制作单词卡（headache. stomachache. fever）并配图。
2. 用英语说一说引起以上病的原因（用过去式）
