Developing Process

2007年5月
May , 2007 收购澜石前进路8号“富豪门业”成立“佛山市锠隆门业加工厂”，
靠仅有的300平方米的生产场地，进行艰苦创业。半年时间在不锈钢拉闸门行业从月产量1800平方，名不见经传的小作坊突破至5500平方，成为拉闸门行业产销量第一
Bought up “Fuhao gate Co.,Ltd” in Lanshi road No.8, and found it as “Foshan Chang Long Gate Processing Factory”, it only covered an area of only 300 square meters ,In hard pioneering work,our stainless steel rolling gate’s monthly output is only 1800 square meters, after half year , the monthly output increased to 5500 square meters, has become the leader of Rolling gate industry.

2008年 5月
May,2008 场地已无法满足生产量，厂房搬到鄱阳南工业区16号，扩大到800平方米。保持拉闸门行业产销量前两名，正式涉足伸缩门行业，从每月兼职做3-5条门到月产量突破1000米
In May ,2008. We felt our workshop is not big enough,then we moved to Panyang South Industry area No.16 , with a 800 square meters workshop. We always keep No.1 or No.2 in Rolling gate industry , at the same time , we tried to produce automatic retractable gate , at the beginning , the automatic retractable gate is only 3-5 pieces per month , for our hard pioneering work,
the monthly output increased to 1000 meters.

2009年 10月
Oct ,2009 扩大生产规模，厂房搬到顺德区陈村镇绀村工业区33号，扩大到1500平方米.开始重视企业管理，严抓产品质量，在高手如云的激烈市场竞争中占住一席之地，平均月产量2000米
In Oct, 2009.Because of expanding the scale of production ,We moved the factory again. The Shunde Chen Town Industry Area No.33 , with 1500 square meters workshop. At that time, we were trying to focus on the business management , strict product quality ,in the fierce competition,we came to the force ,
our automatic retractable gate’s monthly output increased to 2000 meters.

2010年
In 2010 公司稳步发展，广纳人才组建销售团队，通过佛山市质监局检验认证，平均月产量3000米，3月占地3000平方，产能在1000套\月的盛世昌隆家居门分公司落成
In 2010 , we had a third moving factory with 3000 square meters workshop. At that time, company with a steady development , we began to build an efficient and strong sales team . And at the same time , our products access to Foshan Municipal Bureau of quality supervision , inspection and certification. And monthly output increased to 3000 meters. And in 2010 , our Branch company Foshan Sheng Shi Chang Long Gate Co.,Ltd (with a monthly output of 1000 sets automatic retractable gate) was founded .

2011年 公司扩大投资，采购先进切割冲压设备替换原有落后手动机械模具，产能进一步扩大至平均月产量4000米
In 2011 , the company began to expand investment , purchased advanced cutting machine instead of precious outdated manual model machine, then our monthly output increased to 4000 meters.

2012年8月 扩大生产规模，厂房搬迁到南海区狮山镇横岗村横兴工业区龟岗厂房3800平方米，更名为：佛山市盛世昌隆门业有限公司，注册资金100万，投入200万资金新增模具部，剪折板部，配件冲压焊接部，同时自主研发 “门王”“门卫”等两大系列10余款专利产品隆重上市。产能升级至平均月产量5000米
In August ,2012. The workshop is not big enough, we had a fourth factory shift. It covers 3800 square meters. And our company name also changed for Fo Shan Sheng Shi Chang Long Gate Co., Ltd. with a 1 million of registered capital . And also invested 2 millions for adding new model department , Shearing fold department ,Accessories stamping and welding department, at the same time , we self-reached “King gate , Guard gate” series more than 10 new patents , and the monthly output also increased to 5000 meters.

2013年 自主研发 “爱国者”“吉祥”“世博馆”“智能直线门”“智能悬挂门”等五大系列30余款专利产品隆重上市，3月参加北京国际门业展会，4月开通阿里巴巴国际站，7月参加广交会门业展，取得良好反响业绩突破月产量6500米
In 2013 , more than 30 new patents including “Patriot”,“Auspicious” “The Expo Hall”,“Intelligent sliding gate”, “Intelligent suspension door” etc , five series came out. In March, we joined Peking International Gate Exhibition, In April we joined Alibaba International Platform , In July , we attend Canton Fair and got a 6500 meters great achievement.

2014年 1月盛世昌隆网络商学院，微信公众号成功开通，百度推广，360推广，阿里巴巴诚信通，天猫商城等全网营销正式全面推行。3月注册资金增资为500万，4月通过ISO9001-2008质量管理体系认证，CE认证， 5月签约盛世昌隆品牌形象代言人武僧一龙。6月研发出“智能悬浮门”，业绩再度提升至平均月产销量8000米
