注意事項 Note
1.乘車人數在十一人(含)以上且同時旅行時，其起迄站、搭乘車次及車廂種類相同者，得申購團體票。申購團體人數超過五十人者，請向票務單位辦理，以利團體座位安排。
A group of 11 passengers or more traveling together with the same departure / arrival station, train number and class of service is eligible to apply for Group Tickets. A group of over 50 passengers is advised to make reservation via Ticketing Section for seat arrangement.
2.請於乘車日前四星期至乘車當日辦理。
The reservation acceptance period for Group Tickets is from 4 weeks prior to the departure date up until the day of departure.
3.團體票價依本公司規定辦理，同團人員已享有團體折扣者不得適用其他優待、折扣。
The members of group who are entitled other discount cannot be applied to the group discount.
4.申購團體票時，團體成員具優待身分者，應同時出示優待身分證明文件。代表人至指定車站取票時，應出示身分證明。
The identification certificates shall be presented when group applied for concession fare or the representative collect tickets at the designated station.
5.團體票限指定之日期及車次使用，並請妥善保管團體票，除另有規定者外，遺失本公司恕不受理。
The Group Tickets are restricted to be used on the designated date and trainset only. Please keep all Group tickets properly, THSRC do not handle the request of ticket lost unless due to other special regulations.
6.填妥「團體訂位單」後，請傳真至(03)-2613315，票務單位將儘快與您聯絡。
Please fill in Application for Group Transit and fax to [phone]. We will contact you as soon as possible.
