抗菌防臭整理剂TPM9007是一种非溶出型持久抗菌整理剂。TPM 9007具有良好的安全性，它可以高效完全去除织物上的细菌、真菌和霉菌，保持织物清洁，并能防止细菌再生和繁殖。TPM9007在高温时上染涤纶和锦纶纤维内部，TPM9007被固定于纤维内部且受到纤维的保护,故具有耐洗性和可靠的广谱抗菌效果。其抗菌原理是它破坏细菌的细胞壁，由于胞内渗透压是胞外渗透压的20~30倍，因此细胞膜破裂，胞浆物外泄，这样也就终止了微生物的代谢过程，使微生物无法生长和繁殖。
The anti-bacteria and anti-odor finishing agent TPM9007 is durable resistant to wash and safe. The agent has highly efficient and extensive for bacteria, mould property, and keep the fabric clean to prevent the bacteria to grow again. TPM9007 can unit the fiber and protected by the fiber, so it is resistant to washing. It can destroy the cell wall and change permeability of cell membrane. The cytoplasts in the cell dropped out, it can inhibit the bacterial protein to synthesize and cause the bacterial inner core aluminous body used up .The result is that bacterium was killed.

Apply note:
Anti-bacterial and anti-odor agent TPM9007 can be applied by padding, dipping, coating and spraying. The doses of the idiographic dosages are depending on variety of fabric and purpose. It usually anti-bacteria finish with disperse dyes. Please do some sample test first if it finish with another product.
● Padding:
Usage: Anti-bacterial and anti-odor agent TPM9007 40-50g/l
Dissolution: First put soft water into a clean barrel, add TPM9007at stirring condition, then add positive ion or non-ion softener, continue to stirring. Please use quickly.
Fiber treatment: Had better pre-washing the fabric.

·Dipping:
Usage: Anti-bacterial and anti-odor agent TPM9007 2-6%(o.w.f)

·Coating process:
Anti-bacterial and anti-odor finishing agent TPM can be used with non-ion, positive ion and negative ion coating 3-5%(o.w.f).
Anti-bacterial and anti-odor agent TPM9007 is suit for Casual fiber ,hank yarn, Tube muslin, Aircraft fabrics and Knitting materials. To achieve good penetration, tube fabrics should not be too close, the cycle of a positive direction liquid bath.
