Unit 4 Where’s my schoolbag? Section B (2a-2c) 一、核心素养: 1. 熟练掌握新单词tidy、but、our、everywhere、always。 2. 正确使用in、on、under谈论物品的位置。 3. 会用所学目标语言正确描述自己和他人房间的物品摆放位置。 4. 学生在教师的指导下,能够读懂短文并抓住中心大意,解决阅读练习。 5. 让学生真正做到在用中感悟,把所学到的语言知识与生活实际结合起来,使学习过程生活化,帮助学生养成干净整洁的好习惯。 二、教学重难点 1. 教学重点: 1) 帮助学生正确描述房间物品的摆放位置。 2) 帮助学生初步养成运用阅读策略进行阅读的能力。 2. 教学难点: 帮助学生初步养成运用阅读策略进行阅读的能力。 三、 教学方法 激趣法、任务型教学法、情境教学法 四、 教学过程 Step1 warming up 1.Greeting 2.Talking freely What’s this/that? It’s... What are these/those? They are... Where is...? It’s in/on /under... Where are ...? They are in/on/under...(此处可拓展方位介词near, in front of, behind, next to...) 设计意图:复习和巩固如何辨认物品及谈论物品的位置的语言 Step2 Leading in 1.Show a picture of a room in 2a to the Ss. T: Look at the picture of a room. Can you see many things in the room? What’s this? Ss: It’s a CD/tape/quilt/...(此处可拓展词汇dresser, lamp, cap). T: Where is it? Ss: It’s in/on/under... 2. Ask Ss to write the words they know for the things in the picture. Then check their answers. 设计意图:用2a的图片直接导入新课,为后面的阅读做好词汇的铺垫。 Step3. Reading 1. Present new words. 1) Show a picture of a clean and tidy room. Ask Ss“What do you think of the room? Do you think it is beautiful? Do you think it is clean? What other word can you think of to describe the room?”Help Ss say“tidy”.设计意图:通过对图片的观察和描述来呈现本单元的重点词汇tidy。 2) Show a picture of a very messy room. Ask Ss “What do you think of this room? ”帮助学生回答It is in a mess. The things are everywhere. 设计意图:通过两个房间的比较,加深对tidy这个词汇的理解,同时呈现新单词everywhere,拓展词汇in a mess。 3) 通过呈现小短文I like the first room. Because it is always tidy and clean. But I don't like the next room because it is always in a mess. The things are always everywhere.来集中学习新词汇always,tidy, but, everywhere。进一步培养学生爱整洁的良好的生活习惯,并学会体谅、理解父母,凸现本课的情感态度价值观。 2. Work on 2b. Present a picture of Kate and Gina. Tell Ss : There are two girls.Their names are Kate and Gina. There ia a passage about them. Look through the passage and answer the questions: Is Kate tidy? Is Gina tidy? Check the answers.设计意图:通过skimming的阅读策略,了解短文的大意,能找出短文的主题句I’m tidy,but Gina is not. 3. Work on 2c. Read the passage carefully. Complete the chart about the things Kate and Gina have and where they are. 4. Use a mind map to check the answers. in the bookcase books books everywhere (on her bed, on the sofa, Gina Kate under the chair) in her schoolbag keys the white model plane under the desk on the desk clock Ⅴ.
