SECTION 1: Filter,air valves and FD drive
一.Air/mist filter:
1.清扫过滤杯
-.检查油或水过滤杯中有无沉积物,如果过滤杯中有水,拧动Drain cock放水.
-.拧下air coupler及过滤杯.
-.清扫过滤杯内部脏物.
2.清扫空气过滤器
-.拧下空气过滤器,用气枪清扫.
-.空气过滤器装回原位
-.过滤杯装回原位.
-. Air coupler连接 固定,供气检查有无漏气.
二.Air valve:
1.检查故障原因
-.打开I/O画面检查电气阀的工作状态.
<4/MANUAL> <A1&NBSP;INPUT OUTPUT MONITOR>选择"CONVEYOR" 打开OUTPUT MONITOR,
"1"为工作,"0"为不工作.
-.检查故障是否是电路原因还是机械原因.

2.电磁阀的交换
-.关闭机器电源和气压开关.(Air bleeder switch拧到"OFF"位置.
-.拆下不良电磁阀,交换新的valve.
-.Air bleeder swich拧到"ON"位置,检查是否漏气.
-.打开机器电源,进入<A1&NBSP;INPUT OUTPUT MONITOR> OUTPUT MONITOR,检查交换的valve的功能.
三.FD drive:
-.插入cleaning disk kit(清扫软件)到FD drive,进行清扫.
-.完毕,插入一formatted disk检查状态.
SECTION2:Feeders and feeder plate parts
一.Tape feeder,feeder plate:
1.检查FEEDER及FEEDER PLATE:(FEEDER下有件会造成PICK UP ERROR)
-.检查FEEDER BODY底部表面有无CHIP及碎件.
-.检查FEEDER PLATE表面有无CHIP及碎件.
2.检查FEEDER BODY:
-.检查FEEDER SHUTTER是否变形.
-.检查FEEDER CLAMP LEVER是否紧固.
-.检查FEEDER BACKPLATE的固定螺丝是否松动.
3.清扫及调整CLAMP LEVER:
-.CLAMP LEVER和FEEDER FRAME之间如果夹有CHIP件或脏物,必须拆下CLAMP LEVER进行清扫.
4.清扫TAPE GUIDE:
-.TAPE GUIDE和FEEDER FRAME之间如果夹有CHIP件或脏物,必须拆下TAPE GUIDE进行清扫.
-.安装TAPE GUIDE时将螺丝顺时针旋转180°后再固定.
5.清扫LOCK LEVER:
-.LOCK LEVER和FEEDER FRAME之间如果夹有CHIP件或脏物,必须拆下LOCK LEVER进行清扫.
-.安装LOCK LEVER时将螺丝顺时针旋转45°后再固定.
二.AIR JOINT
如果因为一Air jiont不良造成漏气,会使此FEEDER动作不良.
-.进入I/O,<A2&NBSP;FEEDER&NBSP;OUT&NBSP;MONITOR>检查FEEDER动作状态.
-.漏气的AIR JOINT可用M8扳手从下面顶出来,交换新的Air joint(O-ring加一点Grease).
-.在<A2&NBSP;FEEDER&NBSP;OUT&NBSP;MONITOR>重新检查FEEDER动作状态

三.Feeder air valves
如果feeder air valve不良,会使Feeder不能动作.
-.进入<A2&NBSP;FEEDER&NBSP;OUT&NBSP;MONITOR>检查电磁阀的动作与否,确认电磁阀上LED是否亮.
-.如果LED不亮,需要对AIR VALVE进行修理或交换.

Feeder Exchange carriage 交换方法:
1.卸下:
1)按下EMERGENCY紧急开关
2)推动手柄,移动Y轴到attach/detach位置(右边绿灯或红灯亮)
3)使Clamp lever switch到Release位置
4)关掉Changeover switch
拔掉Air coupling
拧掉Power supply connector
5)把Green lever拧到水平位置
6)把Carriage handle上的red lever向上旋
7)下压Carriage handle,使其顶到upper stopper位置
8)从机器中拉出Carriage
2.装上
1)按下EMERGENCY紧急开关
2)推动手柄,移动Y轴到attach/detach位置(右边绿灯或红灯亮)
3)使Clamp lever switch到Release位置
4)把Feeder exchange carriage推进机器[注意垃圾盒的位置]
(Carriage推进机器之前确认Green lever在水平位置,且Feeder bar在
Upper stopper位置)
5)Red lever旋出来,慢慢转动green lever,使Feeder bar慢慢下降,止到green
lever在垂直方向
6)连接power supply connector及air coupling
7)把clamp lever掰到"clamp"位置

1.MOVING CAMERA :
1-1.Lightinglevel 调整:
(1)Light adjuster plate准备(也可以用没有MARK点的PCB)
[Light adjuster plate P/N:KM1-M8806-000]
(2)执行"Mov.Cam.Light"命令
<1>.选择<3/3/B1 ADJUST TARGET> "Mov.Cam.Light" [ENTER]
<2>.选择"1 Dial+ 3 screws"
<3>.选择"Use"
(3)输入PCB宽度 [ENTER]
(4)W-axis安全确认 [ENTER],(W-axis移动到PCB宽度)
(5)按下EMG.STOP,进行PCB固定,把Light adjuster plate放于PCB中心或
Locate pin位置.
(6)旋出EMG.STOP [READY] [ENTER]
(7)移动CAMERA到Light adjuster plate上,CRT要完全显示. [ENTER]
(8)根据CRT信息,按下EMG.STOP,进行调整Lighting level.

1-2.Moving camera scale 调整:
(1)准备工作
<1>.PCB准备:有Fiducial mark的PCB
<2>.进入<2/1/D1 SWITCH PCB DATA> 选择"PCB name" "Mark Info"
检查此PCB所需的MARK DATABASE NO.
<3>.进入<2/3/DATABASE> <A1&NBSP;COMPONENT MARK D.B>
"MARK DATABASE" [ENTER]
<4>.选择所需的MARK DATABASE 按[F4]到"Vision Info" 修改
"Search Area"项 (MARK直径+3.00mm)
例:MARK直径为1.00mm,"Search Area"设定为:4.00mm.
<5>.按[F6]打开"Adjust Assistant"画面,对MARK执行"VISION TEST"
<6>.测试良好完毕,此DATABASE NO.在所需的PROGRAM中COPY.
(2)执行Moving camera scale
<1>.进入<3/3/B1 ADJUST TARGET> 选择"Mov.Cam.Scale" [ENTER]
<2>.输入Make database NO. [ENTER]
<3>.输入PCB width(mm) [ENTER]
<4>.输入Distance(mm/10) 4 [ENTER] (一般输入4)
<5>.按[ENTER],W-axis将移动到PCB的宽度.(如果在"Adjust assistant"中
PCB宽度已调整完,且PCB在C/V上,W-axis不移动)
<6>.按[ENTER] 放置PCB到C/V(EMG.STOP按下)
<7>.按[ENTER] Moving camera移动到Locate pin中心 用 YPU
joystick 移动Moving camera到Fiducail mark中心. [ENTER]
<8>.Calibration完毕,数值显示在CRT右上角
<9>.按[ENTER]进行测试结果存盘
按[ESC]不存盘
<10>.进入<B2&NBSP;SAVE&NBSP;DATA>或<B0&NBSP;SAVE&QUIT> [ENTER]
如果不存盘,选择<B3&NBSP;RECOVER&NBSP;ADJUST>或<B7&NBSP;QUIT> [ENTER]
<11>.按下EMG.STOP,取出PCB.

2.MULTI-VISION CAMERA
2-1.Field of view(FOV)调整:
(1)Head 1加入Type33或Type34 nozzle
(2)进入<3/2/A1 SELECT TARGET> "CameraCoordinate" [ENTER]
检查"Multi CAM.'Z'"的数值 两项数值应一致
"Position" "PCB/Fix TF 'Z'"的数值
(3)在"Adjust Assistant"显示field-of-view
<1>.打开"Component database'选择QFP100pin的COMPONENT,如果设备装有
"single-vision camera",要把"PICK&MOUNT"项的"Mount Action"设置
为"QFP".
<2>.按[F6]进入"Adjust Assistant" 执行<PICKUP&NBSP;COMP.>,选择HEAD1.
<3>.按EMG.STOP 在HEAD1加上刻度尺
<4>.按[READY] 执行<VISION&NBSP;TEST>(此时Vision monitor上显示尺的
刻度)
(4)按下EMG.STOP,调整field-of-view
<1>.卸下Feeder exchange carriage(或卸下carriage tape guide panel)
<2>.松开camera的固定螺丝,调整camera高度,把FOV设定在35mm,(如果在
camera上下滑道范围之内无法把FOV调整到35mm,就先调整"3.2.2 Adjus
-ting the focus and lens.)
<3>.Camera高度调整后, 必须再执行"VISION TEST",检查FOV是否在35mm.
(5)调整完毕,按下EMG.STOP,取下刻度尺(scale)
(6)执行"DISCARD COMP."命令,关闭vacuum "EXIT"退出"Adjust Assistant"
2-2.调整fous和lens口径
(1)HEAD 1 加上TYPE 33 号或TYPE 34 号NOZZLE
(2)按下EMG.STOP,然后准备以下调整事项:
<1>.把Feeder exchange carriage 从机器上移走,(或把carrier tape
guide panel移走)
<2>.轻轻松开focus ring和aperture(口径) ring的固定螺丝
<3>.设定focus ring到最小范围并固定
<4>.设定aperture ring到"F2"位置并固定
<5>.轻轻松开lens holder固定螺丝,并且准备focus adjuster tool
(3)选择<3/3/B1 ADJUST TARET> "Multi Camera" "Focus & lris"
[ENTER] 选择"Use"(使用special tool) 选择camera进行调整

(4)EMG.STOP按下的情况下,HEAD1加上Focus adjuster tool
(5)按[READY],解除EMG.
(6)按[ENTER],HEAD移动到Multi-vision camera部,Focus adjuster的图像和
它的轮廓都显示在vision monitor
(7)调整focus
旋转lens holder,在focus adjuser上寻找刻度为-1到6之间的最佳状态
(8)按[ENTER]或[ESC]结束调整
(9)移走focus adjuster tool,紧固lens holder和aperture ring的固定螺丝
2-3.Brightnees level调整
(1)执行"Multi Camera" "Brightness level"命令
<1>.选择<3/3/B1 ADJUST TARET> "Multi Camera" "Brightnees
Level" [ENTER]
<2>.选择"Going on and off"
<3>.选择"Use"
<4>.选择camera
(2)按下EMG.STOP键,HEAD1加上Light adjuter plate.双色面向下且X方向放置.
(3)旋出EMG.STOP,按[READY]
(4)安全确认,按[ENTER]键.

(7)解除EMG.STOP,按[ENTER],只有中心的LED亮,平均值显示在CRT的右上角.
(8)调整coaxial light level
调整LEDdriver board上的(VR5或VR1)
VR5: multi-vision camera 1
VR1: multi-vision camera 2
(9)按[ENTER]或[ESC]退出
2.4.Multi-vision camera scale 调整
2.4.1 Multi-vision camera scale调整前的准备事项
(1)检查camera scale的正确设定
<1>.选择<3/2/A1 SELECT TARGET> "Vision Parameter"
[ENTER]
<2>.检查"Multi CAM.1 scale"(或"Multi CAM.2 scale)的设定。
如果执行了"Multi Camera" "Camera Scale"命令后,VISION
参数X和Y值将改变.

如果不想保存,选择<B3&NBSP;RECOVER&NBSP;ADJUST>或<B7&NBSP;QUIT> [ENTER]
(12)把修改过的数值复原.
2.5.Adjustin the dual-direction recognition offset(双向识别偏差调整):
CAMERA画像有时从左边,有时从右边,此项调整就是进行双向偏差识别,不管是
从哪个方向画像,都能使COMPONENT画像在CMAERA中心,调整的数据在Position
参数"DualRec.Offset".用SOP IC(或QFP IC)进行调整.
STEP1.HEAD1使用 TYPE32 号NOZZLE.
STEP2.解除EMG.STOP.按[READY]
STEP3.执行"Multi Camera"命令
<1>.选择<3/3/B1 ADJUST TARGET> "Multi Camera" [ENTER]
<2>.选择"Dual Rec.Offset" [ENTER]

<3>.输入Feeder set No. [ENTER] (如果是TRAY IC,此窗口不

STEP4.按EMG.STOP,进行调整Camera 高度.
STEP5.重新检查focus.
STEP6.按EMG.STOP,调整single-vision camera的亮度.
