Key worlds: products; Processing；Trade; Hunan   摘要 随着信息技术的迅猛发展和全球化市场的逐步形成，企业面临着在全球范围内竞争资源的市场，20世纪80年代以来，供应链管理作为一种崭新的管理模式快速发展，已经逐步成为企业改善整体效益和提高整体竞争优势的主要战略内容。随着供应链管理思想的提出，传统的库存控制理论面临着挑战。库存管理作为企业管理的重要组成部分，上升到了从整个供应链高度来考虑的一个问题。在供应链管理环境下，库存管理对顾客服务水平、供应链系统成本以及整条供应链的性能有着重大的影响。因此，研究供应链库存策略具有极其重要的现实意义。 本论文通过对供应链管理以及库存策略的研究现状综述，和供应链管理基础理论的学习，在前人研究的基础上，总结归纳了供应链管理的运作体系。在此基础上，分析了多品种小批量环境下，供应链的特点以及运作方法，同时总结前人研究的供应链管理库存策略。提出了一种适用于多品种小批量环境下供应链管理的运作体系和库存策略，包括客户关系管理、供应商关系管理、库存方法、风险控制等一系列策略。最后以重钢集团某公司为例，通过诊断分析的方法实证了本文的研究成果。 关键词：供应链管理，库存策略，多品种小批量，设备维护 ABSTRACT With the quick development of information technology and global market comes into being gradually.The companies are faced with resource and market competition in global area and Supply Chain Management (SCM) emerge followed. In supply chain management environment, Inventory management to the customer service levels, cost of the supply chain system and performance of the entire supply chain has a major impact.So,the study of inventory management under supply chain managementi is of great practical importance.    This paper summarized the operation of supply chain management system by summarising the Supply Chain Management Research status and learnning the Supply chain management basic theory. Based on this, Analysis the characteristics of the supply chain and methods of operation under the environment of a wide variety of products in small volumes.And then, we made the operation of supply chain management system and inventory strategies which applicable to a wide variety of products in small volumes environment.
