Step 1:look at the following picture and read the short passage beside it .Guess the meaning

Step1.Read the text quickly to see if you have the correct prediction and generalize
the main idea of this text.
(The main idea: A marine helps to care for a dying old man as his son. But in fact he doesn’t know that old man at all. ) (7mins)
step2. Scan the text and judge the following sentences are true or false.
