实用英语-吵架时爱说的话
1.文雅的吵架方式
学英语难，用英语来吵架就更难了。毕竟我们从书本上学到的都是各种阅读文段、名言警句什么的，老师也教我们不要说脏话，要做好学生。但是假如有一天你身在国外、真的和人家吵起来的话，就会发现我今天这一课有多重要了。现在，我们一起来看一些文雅一点的骂人和吵架的方式吧。
1. I'm so fed up with your BS. Cut the crap.
我受够了你的废话。少说废话吧。

也许你经常在一些美国电影中听到“shit”这个词，自己也就拿来用了。这里要提醒大家，这是个非常非常不雅的词，千万不要再把它挂在嘴边了！男人可能会不在乎被人怎么看（反正他们讲的脏话也够多了）。女人们实在要表达相似意思的时候应该说 shoot或是BS(=Bull shit) ，不过这也是非常粗鲁的话，所以，除了生气骂人还是不要用的好。“Cut your crap.”是当你听到对方废话连篇、讲个不停时说的话，相当于汉语里的“少说废话”。

2. Hey! Wise up!
放聪明点好吗?
有人做了蠢事的时候，你可以说Don't be stupid或是Don't be silly。但这两个词可是一点都不礼貌。比较客气一点的说法是“Wise up!”它就相当于汉语里的“放聪明点”。当然，你也可以用坚酸刻薄的语气，说：Wise up, please. 然后故意把 please 的尾音拉得长长的，很有效果吧！

3. Put up or shut up.
要么你就去做，不然就给我闭嘴。
有些人就是爱说，别人做什么事他都要发表点意见，真要让他做什么，他却不肯。这时你就可以说 Put up or shut up。要注意的是，put up的意思是“自己去做”，这个在字典上是查不到的。

4. You eat with that mouth?
你是用这张嘴吃饭的吗?
别人对你说脏话时，你就可以回敬他这一句，意思就是“你的嘴那么脏，你还用这张嘴吃饭”。还有一种说法就是“You kiss your Momma with that mouth?”就是说“你也是用这张脏嘴亲你妈妈的吗?”记得下次如果有老外对你说脏话，不要再用fuck，shit什么的。要体现我们泱泱大国的风度，一句“You eat with that mouth?”就扯平了。

5. You are dead meat.
你完蛋了。
“你完蛋了”可以说“You are dead.” 或是“You are dead meat.”比如说你跟别人说过不要用你的东西，但有人就是老爱用你的东西。被你抓到的时候，你就可以说“You are dead meat.”

6. Don't you dare! / How dare you!
你好大的胆子啊！
英语里说“你好大的胆子”就可以用上面两句话。比如说小孩子很调皮，又不听话，父母就会说“Don't you dare!”那意思就是这个小孩要当心点，不然就要挨打了。

7. Don't push me around.
不要摆布我。
push around直译就是“推来推去”，“摆布”也差不多是这个样子。如果有人指挥你一下做这个一下作那个，你就可以用这一句“Hey! Don't push me around.”这句话也可以单讲“Don't push me.”或“Don't push me any further.”还有一个和push 有关的成语，是 push the button，是“指使，操纵”的意思。比如：“I know why you are doing this. Someone is pushing your button!”

8. You want to step outside? / You want to take this outside?
你想要外面解决吗?
如果两个人一言不合吵起来了，可能其中一个人就要说这一句了，意思就是“要不要出去打架”。还有一些类似的用法，比如“Do you want to pick a fight?你要挑起争端吗?” 还有 “This means war. 这就意味着跟我宣战。”

9. You and what army? / You and who else?
你和哪一路人马?
要是有人跟你说“Do you want to step outside?”, 这就是回答他的话啦！意思就是说“你 你找了多少人要来打架啊?”还有一句类似的话，叫“Who's side are you on?”这就是在快要打架时，你问旁边的人“你到底是站在哪一边的?”

5.与爱人吵架时不该说的英语
Dont say: "You always" or "You never" or "Youre a [slob, jerk]" or "Youre wrong."
Why: Speaking in absolutes like "you always" and "youre wrong" is playing the blame game, and resorting to name calling makes your partner feel helpless, which puts him on the defensive and makes a bad fight worse.
Instead say: "Im upset that you left the dishes in the sink again. What can we do so that this stops happening?" Starting with the pronoun I puts the focus on how you feel, not why hes in the doghouse, and it will make him more receptive to fixing the problem.
不要说"You always"（你总是）、"You never"（你从不）、"Youre a [slob, jerk]"（你是个笨蛋）或者"Youre wrong."（你错了）。用"you always"、"youre wrong"这样绝对的说话方式无疑是在玩指责游戏，而谩骂中伤更会让你的伴侣感到无力，这只会迫使他为自己进行辩护，让争吵向更坏的情势发展。我们可以说"Im upset that you left the dishes in the sink again. What can we do so that this stops happening?"（你又把盘碟留在水槽里让我感到心烦，我们可以做些什么来杜绝这事吗？）用“我”来开头以强调你的感受，而不是为什么他要被骂得很惨，这样会让他更容易接受，进而去解决问题。
* to be in the doghouse字面上看就是把一个人放进狗窝，而实际的意思就是失宠或遭受困难。老外是很爱狗的，通常把狗养在家里与孩子一起，当做家庭一分子。如果父母对狗不好，就把狗赶到外面的犬舍（doghouse）里，不准再进家里。所以这个习语后来有一种处分或冷落的意味。
Dont say: "If you really loved me, you would..."
Why: The more you treat your partner as if hell never satisfy you, the less satisfied youll be. Controlling your partner by imploring him to do something isnt a good way to build intimacy.
Instead say: "I feel taken for granted when you dont help around the house. I would feel better if we could…" The best way to keep a productive fight from becoming a dirty one is to be clear about why youre upset and then offer a solution.
不要说"If you really loved me, you would..."（如果你真的爱我，你应该……）你越是用那种好像他从来无法满足你的态度对待伴侣，你越是不会感到满意。通过恳求他做某事来控制伴侣不是建立亲密关系的好方法。我们可以说"I feel taken for granted when you dont help around the house. I would feel better if we could…"（当你不帮忙做家务时，我有种事情就该我做的感觉，如果我们能……我会感觉好受些）要避免一场能产生效果的争吵朝一场满口脏话的争吵发展，最好办法就是说清楚你为何不满，然后提出解决方案
6.情侣吵架后用英语道歉
