走出中国式英语作文三大误区

“为什么我的词汇量如此丰富却仍然写不出能让阅卷教师满意的作文？”相信不少同学都曾有过如此的疑征询。对此，英语教师相楠分析指出，词汇量的多寡往往并不是一篇英语作文质量好或者坏的关键。许多同学即便特别努力地去预备作文，但最终分数仍然不理想，这特别可能是由于他们堕入了某种写作的误区。相楠教师特为我们列举了比拟常见的三种英语写作误区，希望能帮广大学生“对号入座”，并施以针对性的改良。

误区一：用中文思维串联英文词汇

一些同学在绞尽脑汁也写不出英语作文的情况下，会先按照标题写一个中文稿出来，然后再借助电子辞典翻译出一篇所谓的英语作文。还有一些同学习惯性地用中文的表达方式来写英语作文。这就造成了所谓的中国式英语作文。在如此的作文里，我们常常读到以下这类用中文的语法和英语单词拼凑出来的句子：“When Iwas a child,my parentsvery loveme。”(正确的表达：When I was a child, my parents loved me very much。)“The supermarket’s in front of is a guesthouse。”(正确的表达：There is a guesthouse in front of the supermarket。)。

◆处理之道：强化语法

要想流利的掌握一门外语，你需要能够使用该语言考虑，而不用在头脑里来回翻译。而将中文式思维转变为英语思维的最根本的途径之一确实是强化语法知识。特别多同学的词汇量特别丰富，但是关于如何用，什么时候用却并不明白。而这些恰恰是语法知识所能告诉我们的。哪些词要用在句中，哪些词应该用在句尾，语法里都有相应的规定。一旦用错了位置就会写成英国人看不明白的英语作文。另外，关于词汇所存在的不同的形态也应该留意。

误区二：过分“精雕细琢”而无视了“大局”

不少同学在写英语作文时，将过多的留意力放在“优美的文笔”上面。因而，他们不停地用电子辞典搜集华美的词藻，并运用难度颇高的句式，以期能让本人的作文“技高一筹”。但事实上，多数情况下会弄巧成拙。太生僻的单词同学们运用起来并不能得心应手，而且使用太复杂的句型也常常会出错。还有一些同学为了使句式参差有致而将句子随意断开，或者是在句中插入一些短语，假设运用不当会有哗众取宠之嫌，反而会使作文质量下降。

◆处理之道：用平常心表达平常事

写作要求学生能够综合运用逻辑、词汇和语法等多种知识和技能来完成一个写作任务，但并不苛求学生去做标新立异的创作。因而同学们无需力求完满地到电子辞典里去找生僻的词汇，也不需要写得多么高深莫测，而是应该抱着平常的心态去描绘本人看到的东西，表达本人想到的内容，将学过的词从经历深处调动出来，复习语法课上学到的知识。

同时，考生应留意用一些能反映本人观点的词，从而增加文章的神韵。特别多情况下，用如此的心态写出来的东西内容虽简单但不乏生活气息，语言虽稚嫩，但却精确易明白。

误区三：文章冗长细枝末节过多

不少学生在写作中的一大担忧确实是文章的长度不够，再加上关于“可适当增减细节，不可字对字的翻译”的误解，因而便充分发挥想象才能，参加了特别多离题较远的细枝末节。如此的文章写出来更像是一篇“大杂烩”，从中找不到任何主题。还有一些作文，句子和句子之间的连接性不强，逻辑思维混乱，读起来让人摸不到头脑。

正：We go to school at eight.

四、时态的误用

例：She like it very much and reads it to the class. 她特别喜爱它同时读给同学们听。

析：在书面表达中，应按照上下文或时间状语来确定动词的时态。正：She liked it very much and read it to the class.

五、用词错误

例：He gave me a very good advice yesterday. 昨天他给我一个特别好的建议。

析：advice 表示“建议”时，是不可数名词，不能用不定冠词来修饰，而应用 a piece of。

正：He gave me a piece of very good advice yesterday.

六、一致性错误

所谓不一致不仅指主谓不一致，它还包括数的不一致、时态不一致以及代词不一致等。

例1：Once one have money， he can do what he want to do. 人一旦有了钱，他就能想干什么就干什么。

析：one 是第三人称单数，因而本句的 have 应改为 has。同理，want 应改为 wants。

正：Once one has money， he can do what he wants to do.

例2：Water will boil at 100℃. 水在100℃沸腾。

析：表示客观真理的句子，其谓语动词应用一般现在时。

正：Water boils at 100℃.

七、修饰语错位

英语与汉语不同，同一个修饰语置于句子中不同的位置，句子的含义就有可能发生变化。

例：I can dance. I too can sing. 我会跳舞，也会唱歌。

析：too 一般位于句尾，不能用于句首。

正：I can dance. I can sing too. 或 I can dance and sing too.

八、构造不完好

在口语中，交际可借助手势、语气、上下文等来理解构造不完好的句子。但是书面语就不同了，句子构造不完好会令句意表达不清。这种情况常常发生在主句写完以后，作者又想加些补充说明的时候。

例：There are many ways to know the society. For example， by TV radio， newspaper and so on. 有许多方式来理解这个社会，例如通过电视、广播、报纸等等。

析：本句后半部分 For example， by TV， radio， newspaper and so on 不是一个完好的句子，仅仅是一些不连接的词语，不能独立成句。

正：There are many ways to know the society， for example， by TV， radio， and newspaper and so on.

九、悬垂修饰语

所谓悬垂修饰语是指句首的短语与后面句子逻辑关系混乱不清。

例：At the age of ten， my grandfather died. 在我10岁时，我祖父去世了。

析：at the age of ten 只指出10岁时祖父去世了，但没有说明是“谁”10岁时。按一般的推理不可能是 my grandfather。

正：When I was at the age of ten， my grandfather died.

十、词性误用

“词性误用”常表现为：介词当动词用，描绘词当副词用，名词当动词用等。例1：Few people can around the world. 特别少人能周游世界。

析：around 是副词，这里误当动词用。

正：Few people can travel around the world.

例2：The place is danger. 这个地点危险。

析：danger 是名词，这里误用为描绘词。

正：The place is dangerous. 或 The place is in danger.

十一、指代不清

指代不清主要指代词与被指代的人或物关系不清，或者先后所用的代词不一致。

例1：Mary was friendly to my sister because she wanted her to be her bridesmaid. 玛丽和我姐姐特别要好，由于她要她做她的伴娘。

析：此句让读者无法推断两位小姐中谁将结婚，谁将当伴娘。

正：Mary was friendly to my sister because she wanted my sister to be her bridesmaid.

例2：Help yourself to some drink， boys and girls. 小孩们，随意喝些饮料吧。

析：句中的 boys and girls 和反身代词 yourself指代不一致。正：Help yourselves to some drink， boys and girls.

十二、连续句子

我们不能把两个或两个以上的句子简单地连结起来，应留意连结时应加上适当的词。

例：There are many ways we get to know the outside world. 我们有许多方式来认识外面的世界。

析：这个句子包含了两层意思：There are many ways 以及 we get to know the outside world，简单地把它们连在一起就不妥当了。

正：There are many ways for us to get to know the outside world.十三、负担

语言以简约为贵。能用单词的不用词组；能用词组的不用从句或句子。例：Except the fact that he is lazy， I like him. 除了他特别懒外，我喜爱他。

析：本句中的 the fact that he is lazy 是同位语从句，我们按照上述“能用词组的不用从句”的原那么能够将其改写为：

正：Except his laziness， I like him.

十四、不连接

不连接是指一个句子前言不对后语，或是构造上不畅通。

例：The fresh water， it is the most important things of the earth. 淡水是世界上最重要的东西。

析：The fresh water 与逗号后面的 it 不连接，同时 it 与 things 在数方面不一致。

正：The fresh water is the most important thing in the world.

十五、综合性语言错误

所谓“综合性语言错误”，是指除了上述十几种错误之外，还有诸如时态、语态、标点符号、大小写等方面的错误。

2011年大纲要求考生应能写不同类型的应用文，包括私人和公务信函、备忘录、摘要、报告等，以及一般描绘性、表达性、说明性或谈论性的文章。写作时，考生应能：1)做到语法、拼写、标点正确，用词恰当；2)遵照文章的特定文体魄式；3) 合理组织文章构造，使其内容统一、连接；4)按照写作目的和特定读者，恰中选用语域。考生应能掌握的语言技能包括听，说，读，写四种才能。

考研大作文(20分)的要求是特别好地完成了试题规定的任务：包含所有内容要点；使用丰富的语法构造和词汇；语言自然流畅，语法错误极少；有效地采纳了多种衔接手段，文字连接，层次明晰。平时练习主要留意两个方面：首先，语言是第一要素；其次，构造层次要明晰。

在语言方面，应把语言错误降低到最低限度。语言错误大致在如下几个方面：第一，主谓一致；第二，时态；第三，冠词的用法；第四，名词的单复数；第五，搭配征询题；第六，单词的拼写。检查的时候，一般不要作内容上的修正。阅卷者根本不会认识到所加的话有多么重要，文章多一句话少一句话是不会改变阅卷者印象的。

按照大纲的文字来看，今年的应用文写作应照旧是书信的写作，希望考生能够把书信的格式进展进一步的强化。
