Module 6 Unit 1 You’ve got a letter from New York. 教材分析 本课教材为外研社《英语》(新标准)(三年级起点)六年级上册Module 6 Unit 1 You’ve got a letter from New York.本单元的话题是谈论自己和他人拥有的物品。本单元的课文情境是Sam 和Amy 收到了Laura 的来信,她希望与他们成为笔友。Laura在信中说,她是Daming的朋友,经常和Daming一起放风筝,放风筝对她来说很困难。Laura 问Sam 和Amy 是否有介绍美国的书,如果没有,她可以给他们寄一本。最后她提到,Daming会很快给Sam和Amy写信。课文充分展示了Laura想结交新朋友的强烈愿望。学生通过学习进而能够运用所学语言谈论自己和他人拥有的物品。本单元的学习为全体学生在Unit 2运用英语详细介绍自己和好朋友的异同做了充分的准备。本单元共1课时完成。 学情分析 本模块的学习重点是复习和巩固“have got”的运用,谈论自己和他人拥有的物品,同时复习和巩固“and”和“but”在句中表示的逻辑关系。语言结构本身难度不大,学生可借此机会复习学过的名词。相信学生能够通过读和说等活动很好地完成本课的学习任务。从而,能够在本模块学习结束后用英语谈论自己和他人拥有的物品。 教学目标: 1. 全体学生能够听懂运用语句You’ve got a letter from New York, but it’s not from Daming. Daming has got a Chinese dragon kite and we often fly it in the park. Have you got a book about the US?谈论拥有的物品。 2.全体学生能够理解词汇:world, often, difficult 3.全体学生能运用词汇:often, difficult 部分学生能够运用词汇:world 4. 能感知陈述句的语音语调。 教学重点: 1.正确使用You’ve got a letter from New York, but it’s not from Daming. Daming has got a Chinese dragon kite and we often fly it in the park. Have you got a book about the US?谈论自己和他人拥有的物品。 2. 能用所学语句谈论自己和他人拥有的物品。 教学难点: 1.比较“and, but”的不同用法。 2. 运用have/ has got句型的否定句、疑问句形式谈论自己和他人拥有的物品。 教学准备 互动教学系统,PPT,单词卡片 教学过程 一.热身导入 1. Greetings. 2. Say and do: Hands up .hands down. I can jump. I can run. 3. Free talk. T: (Show some books) Look! I’ve got lots of books. Have you got a book about...? S1: Yes, I have. S2: No, I haven’t. I’ve got a book about… T: Have you got ... about…? S3: … (Practise like this one by one.) T:Look! John has got a book, too. What book has he got? Let’s watch the video. a. Watch the video, then answer: John has got a book about the world. (Teach the word: world.) b. Listen and repeat. c.then read together. d.show a pictures of write letter. And a sentences :he often writes letters. (teach often) e.ask students do you often write letters ? S: No I don’t. T:me too .I don’t often write letters,because it’s difficult for me.(teach difficult) 二.任务呈现 Show the task of this lesson with PPT. T: Sam and Amy have got a letter from New York. Who wrote the letter? Do you want to know more about the letter? Today, we’ll learn how to talk about the possessions of yourself or other people in English. And after this, please write a letter to a pen friend and we can make friends with her. 三.课文学习 1. Look at the picture, learn to say the sentence “You’ve got a letter from New York, but it’s not from Daming.” T: Look! Sam and Amy have got a letter. Ms Smart says: You’ve got a letter from New York, but it’s not from Daming. (Learn to say this sentence one by one.) 2. (Show the question with PPT) Watch the video, then answer: Who sent the letter to Sam and Amy? (Laura.) T: Yes. She wants to be Amy and Sam’s friend. 1.) What has Daming got? Daming has got a Chinese dragon kite. 2.) Where do they often fly a kite? They often fly it in the park. 3.. Listen and read the text. 4.Read the text by themselves, then practise reading in groups. 5. (Show with PPT) Look at the sentences and sum up the function and the grammar of the sentences. 四.训练巩固 Finish Activity 4. Use “and” or “but” to complete the sentences. 五.小结 Sum up the knowledge and the skills of this lesson with the teacher’s help. 六.布置作业 A. The whole class: Write a letter to somebody and make friends with them. Listen and read the text three times. Write the words and sentences five times. B. Most of the class: Retell the text. Dear Laura, I want to be your friend. I’m from _______ in _______. I have got _______ and I _______. ______ is my friend. She/He has got _______, but she/he ______. Have you got _______?
