【教学目标】
1. 知识目标
(1)能听懂、会说、会读、会写四会单词:talk , weekend , learn from ,sport ,often ,spend ,catch
(2)能听懂、会说、会读单词of course , butterfly及复数butterflies
(3)能听懂、会说、会读、会写四会句型How do you spend your weekends ? I often… Sometimes I… How does he/she spend his/her weekends? He/She often…Sometimes he/she …
(4)能听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语I can learn a lot from it. Of course , I do.
2.技能目标
(1)能熟练朗读课文内容,并尝试复述全文。
(2)能熟练运用日常交际用语及句型谈论自己和别人的周末生活。
3.情感态度
(1)进一步培养学生用英语思考的习惯,激发学生对生活的热情。
(2)培养学生乐于用英语与伙伴们进行交流的兴趣。
【教学重点】
1.灵活运用句型How do you spend your weekends ? I often… Sometimes I…How does he/she spend his/her weekends ? He/She often…Sometimes he/she …询问他人如何度过周末。
2. 能正确地理解、掌握课文内容,并能熟练朗读、初步表演对话。
【教学难点】
根据第三人称单数,灵活运用动词的第三人称单数形式。

Step 1.Preparation
1. Greetings.
T:Class begins.Good morning,children!

T: Do you like singing? I like singing very much. Here’s a nice song for you. If you can, sing it together!

T: There are seven days in a week.What days do you go to school?
Ss: We go to school from Monday to Friday.
T: Yes,and we don’t go to school on Saturday and Sunday. Because Saturday and Sunday, they’re weekends.Today we will learn Unit8 At the weekends(跟读课题,注意weekends发音)

在一般现在时中,当主语是第三人称单数时,谓语动词(指行为动词)要用第三人称单数形式,即常在动词原形后加-s或-es。第三人称单数指he/ she/ it以及可以用he/ she/ it替换的人或物。
