教材分析:
本单元围绕与学生生活密切相关的“家务和允许”这一话题展开一系列的教学活动,要求学生学会使用句型Could you please....? 和 Could I...? 来委婉地提出请求或征求别人的许可。通过本单元的学习,帮助学生掌握情态动词Could 的用法,引导学生热爱劳动,学会使用礼貌用语。
教学目标:Could you please....?句型及词组
能力目标:学会礼貌的提出请求
知识目标:掌握词汇(rubbish, fold, sweep, floor, mess, take out the rubbish,
do the dishes, make the bed, fold the clothes)
语言目标:-Could you please sweep the floor?
-Yes, sure.
情感目标:让学生学会帮父母一起分享家务
教学步骤:
Step 1 导入
Free talk : T: What do you usually do on weekends?
Step 2 Guessing game
通过一些图片,让学生猜短语,这个活动的目的是让学生学习有关家务的短语。
Step 3 Practice in groups
Look at some pictures, have students say the phrases they just learned ;
I like doing the chores. I make the bed everyday. What about you ?
I often sweep the floor……
sweep the floor ; do the dishes; fold the clothes; take out the rubbish;
这个活动的目的是让学生熟练掌握有关家务的短语。
Step 4 Pair work
让学生用What chores do you usually do at home? 这个话题,通过两人对话练习这些短语
A: What chores do you usually do at home?
B: I usually do the dishes, what about you?
A: I usually sweep the floor.
Step 5 Presentation
通过图片展示引出有礼貌的提出请求
A: Could you please...... ?
B: Yes, I can. Yes, sure./All right./No problem./ Certainly.
Sorry, I can’t. I have to do......
Sorry, I can’t. I am doing......
让学生在组内互相进行对话练习
A: Could you please clean your room?
B: Yes, I can. Yes, sure./All right./No problem./ Certainly.
A: Could you please sweep the floor?
B: Sorry, I can’t. I have to do the dishes/ I am doing the dishes.
