教学目标
(1)能够根据对话内容回答文后的问题,并完成句子填空。
(2)能够听、说、认、读Let’s read部分对话,并培养学生的独立阅读能力。
(3)培养学生爱护树木,保护大自然的环保意识。
教学重点
(1)能听、说、认、读Let’s read部分的对话,并能够根据对话内容回答短文 后的问题。
(2)能够理解、认读文中的短语“a magazine about plants”以及句子“What else?” “Let me see.” “I want to be a …”等.
教学难点
能够正确运用第三人称转述对话,培养学生独立阅读能力。
教学过程
Step 1: Warm-up
( 1 ) Sing the song“What are you going to do?”
( 2 ) Free talk.
Step 2:Preview
( 1 ) Teach the phrase“a magazine about plants”.
( 2 ) Lead in.
Step 3: Presentation
( 1 ) General—reading
● Listen to the tape and finish the form .
● Listen and answer the questions.
( 2 ) Detail reading
● Listen and repeat.
● Read and act.
● Read and answer the questions:
● Read it again and finish the exercises on your books.
● Teach the language points.
● Talk about our dreams.
Step 4: Consolidation and extension
( 1 ) Fill in the blanks.
( 2 ) Retell the passage.(Sarah’s weekend plan)
( 3 ) Read the short passage, tick ( ∨ )or cross( × ).
( 4 ) Enjoy the pictures.Ask the students to protect trees and our nature.
Step 5: Homewok
(1) Listen and read the dialogue, try to recite.
(2) Retell the passage :Sarah’s Weekend Plan.
(3) Try to write a short passage: My weekend plan.
