二、简答题（每小题3分共9分）
1、根据运输方式的不同，运输单据主要有：海运提单，海运单，海运租船单，多式联运提单，空运单，公路运单，铁路运单，专递或邮寄专递或邮局收据。
2、汇票的抬头有限制性抬头、指示性抬头、持票人或来人抬头三种填法，其中指示性抬头可以通过背书转让，持票人或来人抬头不经背书也可转让，而限制性抬头不可转让。
3、产地证明书是由出口国政府有关机构签发的一种证明货物原产地或制造地的证明文件。主要用于进口国海关实行差别关税，实施进口税率和进口配额等不同国别政策的依据。

三、案例题（共12分）
1、不会。因为根据分批装运的定义， 同一船只，同一航次中多次装运的货物，即使提单表示不同的装船日期及不同装货港口，也不作分批装运。案例中即是此种情况，所以不是分批装运不违反信用证要求，不会导致单证不一。
2、信用证是建立在银行信用基础下的，开证行承担首要付款责任，汇票付款人应为开证行或它的指定行。
3. 甲公司于2006年5月20 日将全套单据向议付行交单，这个时间已经超过合同规定的最晚装船期，所以议付行拒付有理。
