尊敬的各位领导、嘉宾、女士们、先生们：

各位老朋友，新朋友，很高兴，我们又见面了。到今天中润华通经营了十二年，我们在克罗地亚创建的投资平台深耕细作了四年，这么多年，很多客户成为投资人，很多同事成为合作伙伴，很多一直追随我们的用户总是抱以无条件的信任，在世界多极化和经济全球发展的今天，我常常会去思考，一个企业家，一个中国的企业家，究竟该报以怎样的使命和责任。大到如何为世界和平为中国梦出一份力，小到如何维持企业的生存，提升一个小家庭的幸福生活，这些都是我们面对的现实，我相信也是每一个有责任有能力的企业家会关心的。今天我们在这里主办亚欧合作高峰论坛，也是想藉此抛砖引玉，一方面分享这么多年我们的一些经验，同时与大家共同探讨在未来更广泛的合作与发展。

去年10月，克强总理出席在比利时布鲁塞尔召开的第十二届亚欧首脑会议，深刻阐述新形势下亚欧合作的重要意义，提出从维护多边主义、构建开放型世界经济、推进互联互通建设、促进人文交流四个方面打造亚欧开放、联动、合作、共赢的新格局，为亚欧深度联通和务实合作指明了方向。

克罗地亚是一带一路沿线具有非常特殊地缘优势的国家，也是中国一带一路倡议中重点合作的国家，四年前，从最初关注到克罗地亚，一次一次的调研考察，仅最近一年，我本人就带领团队访问克罗地亚超过10次，在萨格勒布、扎达尔、伊斯特拉等超过20个城市留下了我们团队的足迹，我们带领的考察项目的投资人超过100人次，考察访问洽谈的项目超过40个。现在我们是克罗地亚国家战略合作伙伴，即将落地首个保税经济特区，到今天我和我的团队可以非常自豪和骄傲的说，我们沿着一带一路国家倡议，已经在克罗地亚开辟了一条可实践、可落地、可发展的新路。

这几年，我们一直在打造的非常核心的项目就是欧洲之门保税经济特区，将与克罗地亚各级政府共同成立管理委员会，在保税经济特区，我们将逐步实现港口、公路、铁路、航空、5g等基础设施硬联通，以点带面、从线到片，建立大交通、大产业、大物流格局;同时制度、政策、规则和标准等方面的软联通不断增强，使资本、技术、服务和数据等要素的活力持续提升。

在保税经济特区这样的平台之下，我们将充分利用物流优势、政策优势，不仅使中克两国的商品互贸流通，未来保税经济特区将成为一个枢纽中心，可以促进全球更广范围更多的商品实现互贸流通。我们可以看到，未来在保税经济特区流通的商品将全部带有全球商品流通码，所有商品都可以做到数据可查，贸易过程的手续也必将更简化高效，全球的商品将高效的流通。
