Animals are around us.

At home, we can have these animals: dogs and cats.
We play with them.
They are nice to us.

On the farm, we can have these animals: pigs, cows, horses and chickens.
Cows have milk for us.
Horses help us a lot.
They are helpful.

In the zoo, we can have these animals: monkeys, pandas, lions, tigers and elephants.
Monkeys are funny. They like bananas.
Elephants are big. They also like bananas.
Pandas are cute and fat. They like bamboos.
Lions and tigers are big. They like meat. Don’t get close to them.

Animals are everywhere.

一、 你还知道哪些单词中的字母G发/g/,请你写一写。

二、 本单元要求背诵的四会词有六个，要想轻松记忆它们，有五步走。
1、 大声读熟这六个词，知道它们的中文意思。
2、 观察它们，尤其要关注元音字母，音节的划分等。如：like, dog, cat, horse。再比如：pan/da, ti/ger。
3、 用心记忆，找“熟人”。如Mike和like, doll和dog, cap和cat。
