书面表达的七项原则
1. 主题句原则
2. 一二三原则
① first, second , third, last(一般推荐)
② to begin with, then, furthermore, finally(强烈推荐)
③ on one hand, on the other hand(适应于两点情况)
3. 分段原则
① 开始部分（opening paragraph）——说出文中的要点，核心问题
② 正文部分（body paragraph）——围绕主题开展叙述讨论
③ 结尾部分（concluding paragraphs）——对全文的总结和概括。
4. 长短句结合原则
注意使用不同结构、不同长度的句子，尽量使句型多样化。不能一直都用主谓宾结构，可恰当使用倒装、强调或感叹句。
5. 多实少虚原则
① The man is good. (太笼统 )
② The man is gentle. (generous , warm-hearted, friendly, handsome)
③ I saw an animal this afternoon。（该句中的animal应该改为tiger，panda等）
6. 短语优先原则
英语很重要
English is very important.
English plays an important part/ role in our daily life.
我受不了
I cannot bear it.
I cannot put up with it.
7. 词句多变原则
避免同一单词的多次重复，可以换用同近义词。
①例如关于喜欢的表达：
1). I like English
2) I don’t care for baseball
3) She is fond of playing the piano.
4) Many football fans are crazy about Beckham.
5) Many people are keen on/ about Jin Yong’s martial arts fictions.
6) He has been addicted to the drug.
7) Some adults are hooked on computer games as well.
8) He has a passion for rock music.
9) She has a great enthusiasm for personal computers.
②副词“非常”的表达，如果只会用very/very much ，宁愿不用也不能重复。

“愿意干某事”be willing to do; be glad/happy/pleased to do, would like to do.
“把……当做……”consider sb as/to be; regard sb as; look on sb as ; treat sb as

书面表达的八项注意
1． 注意审题（文章写给谁的，告诉他/他们什么）
2． 注意人称
写作之前，确立人称是必不可少的步骤之一。
3． 注意时态
记叙文 过去时 或 一般现在时
通知，说明文 ，议论文 一般现在时
4． 注意连贯（学会使用句与句间的连接词，使全文结构紧凑，过渡自然。）
5． 注意避免汉式英语，尤其当汉语里的定语太长时多译为后置定语。
6． 注意书写
字迹潦草，看不清分数降低一个档次
检查大小写和标点符号是否正确

扬长避短，错误的多少是一个评分的重要依据

附：能让文章增色的连接词或过渡语
1． 在同一话题上补充内容：what’s more, besides, moreover, in addition, furthermore, as well……例如
I don’t want to go; besides, I’m too tired.
The rent is reasonable, moreover, the location is perfect.
2． 表示转折关系:but, however, yet, instead, on the other hand, on the contrary, nevertheless, otherwise, after all……例如
