2、Now it’s a sunny day? Yes? And Ben is visiting Jim. They’re in Jim’s room. They are talking about Ben’s birthday. But do you know when Ben’s birthday is? Do you want to know? Let’s go and have a look? Ok?
3、Good! Let’s take out this paper. Look at part one: listen to the tape and try to answer the following questions. Before listening, we should look at the questions.( Students read the questions)

Unit 2 Ben’s birthday反思

从接到通知要代表学校上六年级英语的公开课,就显得有点局促不安。许是由于学生的缘故吧,这个班的孩子据传是非常活泼,成绩也是拿得出手的。我教了也快要有一个月了,活泼是有的,可是表现的更多的是浮躁的心理。成绩呢,暂时还不是很清楚,只进行了第一单元的小测试,给我的感觉是孩子心态不够好,一有风吹草动,就很浮躁。
因此,要开课,而且是六年级的课,我就有点惶恐。从单独备课,集体备课到试教,过程比较顺畅,我反而担心起来,不懂在自己班,孩子们的表现会是什么样?是否会一样?今天一堂课下来,想说的话太多太多了。孩子们的表现很好,真的是很好,至少比我想象中要好很多,举手发言积极踊跃,整个课堂气氛非常的融洽,在一片赞扬声中结束了今天的课。
晚上静下心来,发现这堂课自己做的不到位的地方还有很多。首先,心态不够成熟,虽说也是经常上公开课,可是还是觉得不够成熟,大方。接着,在细节的处理上稍显稚嫩。环节之间应该还可以再紧凑些,增加些时间,多读课文,品味课文,理解文章的意思。今天在鼓励性评价方面,做得很不好,表扬性语言较少,比较单调。最后的拓展由于时间关系显得比较仓促。
一次公开课就是对自己的一次历练,在不断的练习,磨合中,相信自己能力会得到更大的体现,我也将会有更多的收获。
