本课时为一篇阅读课文。在本文的教学中有两条主线贯穿教学：1、以本单元要求的阅读策略（“由概括到具体”）继续对学生进行阅读训练。引导学生在语篇中准确捕捉“general introduction of topic”和“specific details and examples”。
2、 掌握本文主要内容：了解中国传统的三类艺术。以此感悟中华文化的厚重和博大，增强学生的爱国情感。

Step 2. Reading (2b)
1. Read the text in groups .
2. Analyzing some sentences in the text .
3. Watch a video about Chinese traditional art and then let them talk about the traditional are in the video .
Step3. Post-reading (2c,2d)
Step4. Consolidation
Sum up the key words and sentences in this class.
Step5. Homework
Finish 2e as homework .

1、预习导学呈现应以更明确指令多强调几遍。

2、细化并降低课堂上分组活动得难度，更加明确课堂上的师生教学、生生互助导学。
3、在总结时段，即使来不及板书也要口头提醒本科重点的词组、句型、难长句，等等。
